Prachtig uitzicht in overvloed vanuit de grote en mooi ingerichte woonkamer en slaapkamer in Princess 1402! Beide kamers hebben glazen schuifdeuren die rechtstreeks leiden naar het 288 vierkante voet strand balkon waar prachtige zonsondergangen zijn er in overvloed! Het grote balkon heeft vrij uitzicht op het strand en nachtelijke zonsondergangen! Je kunt bijna reiken en het zand aanraken. Pak een mooie zachte deken en blijf gewoon de hele avond hangen of ga zand halen!

U kunt ook de zonsondergangen bekijken en de frisse zeelucht ruiken vanuit de ruime woonkamer met veel zitplaatsen terwijl u naar uw favoriete programma kijkt op de grote flatscreen-tv. En vergeet niet de dvd-spelers in elke kamer voor die films waar je niet zonder kunt. De aangrenzende eetkamer en keuken staan open voor de woonkamer. Dit is een open plan op zijn best. Alle familie of vrienden zouden goed passen in deze vakantiewoning; er zijn veel bedden en zitplaatsen. De grote keuken is perfect voor entertainment en volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om een geweldige tijd te hebben. Blenders zijn inbegrepen !! De extra grote wasruimte heeft een grote wasbak en een grote wasmachine en droger. Dit appartement heeft overal tegels en is klaar voor al die zanderige voeten en strandspeelgoed dat je strandreizen zeker vergezelt!

De grote keuken is vernieuwd en beschikt over alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. De natte bar met een gootsteen en minikoelkast is ook bijgewerkt met nieuwe kasten. De updates stoppen daar niet. De master bad is bijgewerkt met een grote dubbele douche met twee douchekoppen !!

Princess 1402 wordt zorgvuldig onderhouden en schoongemaakt volgens de hoogste normen. Geen vuile hoeken of oud beddengoed hier. De manager inspecteert persoonlijk het appartement na elke schone en voor elke aankomst! De manager woont bij de Princess en is 24/7 beschikbaar om eventuele problemen op te lossen. Wat je ziet is wat je krijgt als je dit appartement huurt!

Het balkon van 10 'bij 30' ligt aan het strand en ligt bijna op het zuiden. Het is de perfecte plek om buiten te dineren of om naar die perfecte zonsondergang te kijken.

Dit appartement wordt geleverd met twee GRATIS strandstoelen met een paraplu van 1 maart - 1 oktober.

PARKING is beperkt tot 2 auto's van 1 mei tot Labor Day van elk jaar. Extra auto's kunnen worden toegestaan voor $ 30. 00 per auto. Het extra parkeertarief is niet inbegrepen in alle offertes op VRBO.

Great Location for small family

This was our fourth stay at PCB and we went with Princess Condo’s (VIP) this stay. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. Communication with the manager’s was great and we had everything we needed before arrival. Getting a text that we could check into our room before was also a major plus! We would gladly stay here again.

Any closer to the beach and you'd be sleeping in the sand!

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we weren't in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but haven't seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or it's too full when it arrives!

Fall Break

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If they’ll have us, we will definitely be back!

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definately return!

We loved this condominium!

I can't say enough good things about the Princess! The condo was spacious and comfortable (there were 9 of us). Nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. The beach was not crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and my wife and I appreciated the updated and spacious walk-in shower in the master. The living room and master have beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved having a separate laundry room to store our beach supplies. The outdoor patio is large and provides a great place to relax in the evenings. VIP Resort Properties provided us with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for the week as well as numerous vouchers and coupons for activities in the area, which were very welcome. Check-in was a breeze - management texted us when the condo was ready, and we were able to go straight up. Communication was excellent, and everything was in order before our arrival. We had no need to contact maintenance for anything. The Princess is in a quiet spot that is close to many attractions and restaurants. It was so nice not having to wait long for an elevator at any time, even check-in and check-out, since there are 3 fast ones serving a relatively small building. We also enjoyed having the gated parking lot right in front of the building. The Princess has 2 small outdoor pools and a larger indoor pool that never seemed overly busy. We spent pretty much all of our time on the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to stay in this condo again!

Fun in the sun with family

Super clean, spacious unit. Perfect for vacationing with my teenage son and daughter, who need their own space. The Princess complex is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend 1402 and The Princess to anyone.

The Perfect Vacation

This property was everything we dreamed it would be and the property management representative, Jennifer, was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Awesome Summer Vacay!

Top notch rental location! Top notch customer service and the view - WOW! We could not have selected a better rental. The space was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some!
