Wakker worden tot een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van deze bijgewerkte, eind unit op de 4e verdieping condo in High Point Resort. Het is gelegen op slechts 150 meter van het strand en stappen van het lagune zwembad. 'High on Life' is perfect gelegen aan het strand van 30A. Zo dicht bij Rosemary Beach (letterlijk 1 blok) en een 3-4 minuten lopen naar Alys Beach.

Lokale restaurants en winkels, fietsverhuur, verhuur van strandstoelen, koffie- en ijssalons liggen allemaal buiten deze luxe gated community. Crabby Steve's is op het enige restaurant op het strand dat is gereserveerd voor High Pointe eigenaars en gasten. Geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan van dit prachtige appartement dat zo'n goede "beachy" gevoel heeft. De 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers slaapplaatsen comfortabel tot 10 personen met een volledig ingerichte keuken, GE wasdroger, 4 TV's, gratis WiFi, kabel en grote balkons met uitzicht op de oceaan, het zwembad en de daken van Rosemary Beach. Rustige bovenste verdieping / eind eenheid, dus er is niemand boven jou om geluid te maken.

My family loved our time here. The property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had plenty of space and enjoyed all the amenities with the pool and patio. The only negative that I think we had was you could tell the property was aging and could use some updates. But that didn't impact our time there at all. We wouldn't hesitate to return another time.

We have stayed at hi-pointe numerous times and have always loved our stay - this condo did not disappoint! The condo is super spacious and welcoming. Yes, there could have been some cosmetic updates as others mentioned, but I would argue that the condo is updated even since the listing pictures were taken. You cannot beat the location to the beach/pool/restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo is perfect for a family. Had all the amenities inside out outside. Perfect location - right in the center of a lot of activity for kids and adults and a quick Uber drive a way from a few other beaches.

An older community but still very nice. Walking distance to most Restaurants in Rosemary and has only bar and grill on beach. Large pool and very nice. Our issue was that pool was closed for repair and workers woke us up early each morning. We were reimbursed one night but should have been more. Plan to return next year only if pool is open.

This condo unit is true to the description on website. Spacious and clean. Large dining and family room. We have stayed at high pointe for several years and every condo has been unique. Nice view of pool and Ocean. Would happily stay again.

The condo was fairly nice. There are multiple outlets that do not work which makes it difficult to charge tech products and kitchen appliances. Additionally, the outdoor patio furtnitire needs updating as it is all rusted out and would pose a hazard to younger kids/toddlers. The most difficult situation was the pool being closed for the entire week we were there. It poked back up at 3pm on the Friday before we left. Although this isn’t the owners fault, the lack of proactive communication and outreach on their part was disappointing to say the least. I would expect regular communications from the condo owners and or the property managers to keep us updated.

This condo was exactly as pictures. Nicely decorate and perfectly located, short walks to the charms of Rosemary and Alys Beaches, including its own Seacrest Beach. The view is great and the condo is spacious. We college roommates had a relaxing, fabulous long weekend. Thank you for hosting!

Location is ideal, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. High Pointe complex is nice, well kept, very nice pool. Complex hot tub was nice, roomy, but bit over-chlorinated. Unit was not as clean as expected, quite dusty in areas. Needs some minor maintenance in bathrooms (towel bars, door knobs loose, tub drains need cleaning/adjustment. Kitchen was ok, had not seen a coil top range in a while. Beds and furniture was comfortable, except for one of the queen beds was quite "noisy" mattress. Stand alone ice maker was nice touch, but was frozen solid upon arrival, took two days to unthaw, then worked fine. Sliding doors to balcony need maintenance, very heavy and difficult to open. All in all, nice place to stay, just needs a little TLC.

Accommodations were just as expected. Very comfortable for our week in Rosemary Beach. This is 4th floor corner unit with a view of the pool and beach and very private. Overall property was safe and secure without any excessive traffic. Security guards were friendly and helpful. There were many issues during our stay but property management and maintenance staff were very responsive. My only criticism is the kitchen cookware and utensils were not suitable even for a basic cook. All were very mismatch and low quality (pots and pans without lids and lids without bottom, utensils with cracked handles and dull knives). It was comparable to riffling through someone's junk drawer. We did not watch much TV during our stay but when we did, TV, remotes and connections needed management attention. Apologies for the unfavorable observation but an opportunity to upgrade for future stays.

The pictures don't do this property justice! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to download an app to get the codes and such, but that's just personal preference. Also, the instructions upon check out was to run the washing machine with dirty towels, however no laundry detergent was available.
