Welkom bij Frog Cottage! Dit gloednieuwe, professioneel ingerichte koetshuis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een onvergetelijke vakantie.



Het hoofdniveau van dit koetshuis omvat de prachtige keuken, woonkamer, badkamer en "slaapkamer". De keuken heeft granieten werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten, prachtige houten kasten - allemaal gloednieuw! De woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn gescheiden door aangepaste gordijnen. De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen om te loungen en tv te kijken of trek de stoelen naar de tafel om een maaltijd te eten. Dit koetshuis is ontworpen om veelzijdig te zijn. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en deelt een badkamer met de rest van het koetshuis. Voel je vrij om de smart-tv om te draaien om in bed te kijken! De badkamer heeft een inloopdouche met een verstelbare douchekop en een wastafel.



Ga de spiraaltrap op en je zult de stapelbedkamer vinden. Deze op maat gemaakte stapelbedden zijn de perfecte plek voor de kinderen om op vakantie te hangen! Elk bed heeft zijn eigen leeslamp en uitlaat. Deze ruimte heeft ook kasten om kleding in op te bergen en een smart-tv met flatscreen.



Rosemary Beach is een New Urbanism-gemeenschap gelegen langs de schilderachtige Route 30A van de panhandle in Florida tussen Panama City en Destin. De 107 hectare grote stad aan de Golf werd ontworpen in 1995 om bewoners en bezoekers een gevoel van gemeenschap, buurt en gemak te bieden. Gemeenschappelijke "groene" gebieden bevinden zich overal in Rosemary Beach en bieden plaatsen om te lezen, spelletjes, picknicken en op blote voeten wandelen, evenals buitenevenementen. Het fitness-parcours en de wandeltocht zijn 2,5 km lang en maken gebruik van zandpaden en promenades om door het inheemse landschap, de parken en de openbare ruimtes van de stad te slingeren.

Family Getaway

You cannot beat this location! Absolutely incredible to wake up every morning and see the ocean, walk to the beach in a minute and walk to the downtown area in a few minutes. We also were at the pool a lot for the kids and again, such a great location to all the amenities! We loved it here, it felt like a little hidden escape. It was perfect for the 4 of us, the spiral stairs were a little daunting at first but our kids got the hang of it with no issue. If we didn’t have another baby on the way, we would come back here again and again! Cannot beat this place!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This is our family’s first time visiting Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. Our stay at FROG was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful views of the beach during a cozy breakfast each morning before venturing out on the bikes included in the rental. The hosts and 30aVacay left EXCELLENT vendor references for all of our local needs. The property amenities were wonderful as well. The kitchen is well stocked with all things needed to make any meals, very organized, and included kid friendly options. We loved the beautiful decor and enjoyed feeling like we were truly in a beach rental. Minutes from Rosemary Square and great playgrounds for the kids. We absolutely loved how great the location of this property is. The beach is serene and very clean. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Rosemary Beach and will keep this property in mind for future rentals! Highly recommend!

Beautiful but bug infested

The location and unit are stunning but we had cockroaches in our beds every night. In addition, the property management company they use were extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. The location is perfect though!

Unbeatable location and space

The space and location cannot get any better. The late check in and early check out times leave much to be desired and the list of exit instruction (chores) is long. I had issues communicating with the host company, but once I was in, everything was great.

Beautiful carriage house

We had a lovely time in beautiful Rosemary Beach. The location of your carriage house was perfect, and we enjoyed staying there! A few suggestions: *Get a new coffee pot! * Wash the bedspread and shams. Stained. * One roll of toilet paper? Really * A box of kleenex would be nice *Need towel rods and many more hooks. Bath towels , hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels, bathing suits.No where dry. Large suction cups it in the shower can hold wet washcloths.

Steps to beach just over boardwalk. Bikes made it easy to get around. Everything was great. Only suggestion is to get a larger bed downstairs and possibly batter mattress but I know everyone has different preferences. Would stay again 100%

Great Getaway for a couple.

The cottage is adjacent to the beach walkover, and the porch offers a view of the water somewhat obstructed but nice nonetheless. The queen bed down, was comfortable and the bunk beds up would be great for a short stay for small kids, but know the cottage is very small and would be tight quarters for much more than young ones. The finishes are top-notch, and the kitchenette was well stocked and very adequate. (Don’t expect to cook a thanksgiving meal, obviously) It was a very enjoyable stay we are looking forward to returning.

Perfect location!

Loved loved this little cottage. It’s located steps away from the boardwalk. Literally takes one minute from door to beach! Restaurants are just a short walk down the street. Perfect location. The cottage is just like the photos.

ROACHES

We were horrified to realize the first night the place was filled with roaches. We immediately reached out to the after hours line only to find the after hours line was non functional. We received a call back the next day and were immediately told that we needed to submit pictures for proof there were roaches. We of course did, and their grand solutions to simply drop off roach spray for us to take care of the problem ourselves, because they had “no idea” when they could get an exterminator there. We spent the week killing roaches and finding them running out of our suitcases, our children were terrified and we had to open the windows and repeatedly spray the place. Management of the rental never again reached out, and in fact refused to answer my attempts to text the provided number back. We spent a lot of $ and had to try to avoid being there the whole week. I’m thoroughly disappointed to say the least and wouldn’t dream of staying here again.

Luxury cottage!

We felt spoiled staying in the frog cottage. Clean, updated, close to the beach access, ocean view from the deck, washer and dryer and full kitchen. It’s tiny, but it was perfect for us.

Fabulous location!

The location of the property couldn't be any better. Rarely are we surprised that a place is better than expected, but this place is better than expected. The location is literally right by the beach and even has a nice view! You don't have to lug things to beach a half mile away... it's right there! Huge bonus. The carriage home is beautifully decorated/designed. The upstairs loft area is perfect for kids. We have a 15 and almost 12 year old and they enjoyed it - plenty of room upstairs for them. The bathroom wasn't large but had a good amount of storage and the shower was nice. Access to the house was easy, seamless and efficient. We didn't need any assistance during our stay but contacting 30avacay prior to our trip was a positive experience. Recommend! Location, location, location!
