Kom en ervaar 's werelds mooiste stranden langs de beroemde schilderachtige 30A terwijl je verblijft in "TipSea Kitty", een perfect kustuitje. De "TipSea Kitty" bevindt zich in de stad Prominence op 30A, een nieuwe relaxte hotspot tegenover The Hub.

Deze toplocatie ligt tussen Watersound en Alys Beach. Alles wat je nodig hebt of wenst is aan de overkant van de straat of op de weg. De community van Prominence en The Hub zorgen voor een gezinsvriendelijke omgeving. Bij de Hub vindt u een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, winkels, openluchtconcerten, films, activiteiten en games. Er is letterlijk iets voor iedereen in uw gezin om van te genieten. Als u liever thuis blijft, zult u dol zijn op koken in de ruime keuken van de TipSea Kitty. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken en je familie en vrienden te vermaken. Kom tot rust na een leuke dag op het strand of in het zwembad op ons buitenterras. De palmbomen, ritselend in de wind, zullen uw stress wegsmelten.

Zodra u dit strandhuis betreedt, voelt u zich ontspannen in deze nieuwe, ruime woning met twee verdiepingen. Het is de perfecte plek om vakantieherinneringen te maken met familie en vrienden.

Op het hoogste niveau vindt u een droomkeuken, een ruime eethoek met veel zitplaatsen en een luxe woonruimte. De wasruimte, met een full-size wasmachine en droger, en een half bad zijn ook gunstig gelegen op de begane grond.

De tweede verdieping nodigt u uit om op te laden en te ontspannen. De drie slaapkamers zijn aangekleed en ontworpen voor luxueus comfort. De ongerepte slaapkamer (kingsize bed) heeft een eigen spa-achtige badkamer. Met premium raambehandelingen (jaloezieën en verduisteringsgordijnen) kunt u zo lang slapen als u wilt. Twee extra slaapkamers (queensize bedden) delen een complete badkamer. Alle bedden hebben hemelse matrassen en beddengoed waardoor je het gevoel hebt in de wolken te slapen (inclusief de uittrekbare bank met een traagschuimmatras).

TipSea Kitty ligt op een steenworp afstand van het 5000 vierkante meter grote resort-stijl zwembad met cabanas, open haarden, grills, eetpaviljoens en een fitnesscentrum voor uw plezier. U kunt kiezen voor een eenvoudige fietstocht of een gratis pendeldienst naar het strand of andere gemeenschappen zoals Seaside en Rosemary Beach. Fiets-, paddleboard-, kajak- en ponton-bootverhuur zijn verkrijgbaar bij Salt Air aan de overkant van de straat bij The Hub.

Prominence Beach Access Points
Toegang tot het strand naar het westen:

Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is de meest populaire en de dichtstbijzijnde toegang tot het strand naar Prominence en ligt op 0,5 km afstand. Hoewel het populair is, zijn er een paar dingen om in gedachten te houden: Er is een kleine parkeerplaats bij de toegang (ongeveer $ 3 voor parkeren) Badkamers zijn ook beschikbaar bij de toegang. De wandeling schuim parkeerplaats naar het strand is een beetje langer dan de meeste toegangswegen. BELANGRIJK - Omdat dit een staatspark is en geen toegang tot het strand van Walton County, is alcohol niet toegestaan. Strandservice is ook niet beschikbaar op deze locatie.

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes ligt ongeveer 2 mijl naar het westen aan het einde van Beachfront Trail. Dit is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County met parkeergelegenheid en op korte afstand van het strand.

Santa Clara - Santa Clara toegang is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County gelegen in de buurt Bramble Grove Road, ongeveer 3. 5 mijl ten westen van Prominence. * Dit is de geplande stopplaats voor de Prominence-shuttle. Gulf Lakes - De Gulf Lakes-toegang is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County, ongeveer 0,5 km ten oosten van Prominence. Dit is een kleine toegang en kan gemakkelijk worden gemist. Parkeren is niet beschikbaar, maar zorgt voor een geweldige fietstocht naar het strand.

Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is een toegang tot het strand van Walton County die net voorbij de toegang tot de Gulf Lakes ligt. Parkeren en badkamers zijn niet beschikbaar bij deze toegang, maar er is een douche.

Wonderful birthday trip!

My husband and I decided to book a condo to celebrate my 30th birthday. Everything was great! Condo was clean and offered many amenities (golf cart, bikes, chairs for the beach) It was the perfect location and we could walk to the Big Chill. Pool was nice too! We have stayed at this property before and will continue to come back. Highly reccomend!

Your Comments The place is as described and the decor is beachy and beautiful. We were traveling for two 40th birthdays and reuniting as a group of five women- so the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The location is great, golf cart a wonderful asset. We tried to take a bike at one point but the tire was flat. Not a big deal but it would have been nice for the bikes to be ready to go. A few other small but, I believe, helpful thoughts. With a drip coffee maker, it would be nice to provide coffee filters or mention explicitly that they will be needed with groceries. There was a towel bar in the upstairs bathroom that wasn’t anchored to the wall and wasn’t useful in hanging bathing suits, towels, etc. And for a beach/pool/vacation house- more hooks in general for drying various items would make a huge difference. We were very pleased overall and would love to return to the Prominence complex and Santa Rosa beach in the future. thank you!

Beautiful unit! Great location!

Beautiful, comfortable unit in a great location right across for the Big Chill with lots of food options and shopping. We utilized the Deer Lake state park for beach access. Very close with easy parking and great bathroom and shower accommodations. About a 5 min very easy and quite pretty walk to the beach on a raised boardwalk. Be sure to bring along a wagon and if you are have small children, strollers. Number of visitors here is limited so it never gets real crowded, but often fills up before noon.

Beautiful Condo. Great location. Terrible Service. Everything broke from handles falling off doors, to stair railing falling off, to bikes not functioning, to a broken gift cart-> to fixed -> being stranded when it broke again. Very poorly stocked… basically no toiletries, not sufficient amount of dishwasher and laundry pods, no beach/pool towels. Management went dark and strolled responding to requests mid stay.

Perfection

Beautiful home with great decorating. Close to everything. Our stay was rainy so it was nice having this awesome place to return to. The pool is kept up very well and the golf cart is a great bonus. We had a small issue with the dryer, but they promptly came out to repair it. It’s not in the listing, but there are beach chairs to use in the garage, if we would have known we wouldn’t have brought ours from Nebraska. I highly recommend this place.

Some Good Some Bad

property is clean. Across from The Hub. 4.5m from Seaside. Townhouse doesn't have cable TV. They stream TV so we couldn't watch network television. Very stingy with soap, lotion, paper towels, washing machine soap etc. Golf cart was definately a plus. However, we couldn't use the bikes bc the code to the bike lock didn't work. Mgmt. was supposed to reach out to the owner and circle back to me but they never did.

Stressful to delightful

I paid the $25 to enter the property at 1 o’clock rather than 4 PM on Thanksgiving day. The code for the front door did not work. We were able to access the home by using the garage door code. Once we entered the property we realized that it had not been cleaned. I called the management company and spoke to the answering service and we were disconnected. I called again and spoke with someone who had the property manager contact me. She stated that she would get someone over right away. We drove around for a while and then decided to see if the cleaning crew was there but no one had come. I ended up calling the answering service 2 more times. It was stressful talking with an answering service rather than the property manager. Finally the cleaning crew should up. They explained that there was an issue with the app and they did not get the message. Apparently, another family had just booked before us and they did not get the message. They apologized profusely and did a wonderful job cleaning the home. We were finally able to enter the home at a little after 4 pm. We had 2 hours to unpack and get ready for our Thanksgiving dinner reservation. It was such a stressful time. The front door code and pool code did not work. The WiFi code that was given in the email was not correct. The cleaning crew emailed us the correct password. Other than what I mentioned we had a wonderful time😊

Perfectly Relaxing Getaway

We had a lovely stay at the TipSea Kitty. The unit was just as described and just as pictured in the rental ad. We had a group of 6 (3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child) and had plenty of room in the rental. The golf cart was a fun touch and although we didn't use the bikes it was nice to have them there as an option. This unit was steps away from the pool and right across the road to the HUB which was a fun place for dinner and evening entertainment. This unit is not on the beach, however, there are several public beach access points close by, our favorite was Santa Clara Beach access 17 as we could take the golf cart down and there was a restroom facility well maintained there. The location of the unit was also ideal for us as it was midway to Destin and Panama City Beach for quick day trips to either location. The only recommendation I have is it would have been awesome if there was a fire pit area located by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking into booking again next year.

BOOK THIS PLACE

Booked this property for Labor Day weekend and for my girlfriend’s birthday. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to book again. The neighborhood of Prominence North is beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious townhome and all the amenities. The golf cart was the best asset to the property. We used it multiple times a day to get to the beach and go out for dinner/ lunch. Deer lake is the closest beach access at about a 2 minute drive from the property, but you have to pay to park there and alcohol is not allowed on the beach. We decided to go to Walton dunes which is about a 7 min drive on the golf cart, which had free parking and alcohol was allowed. The beach there was beautiful and not overly crowded. The bikes were also a great addition, but we never got a chance to use them. There are also plenty of beach chairs available at the townhome but we brought our own. The pool is right next to this unit so it’s a short walk. The unit is also close to the entrance so the hub is a convenient walk just across the street (literally). You can take the golf cart though if you choose not to walk! There are many close restaurants and shops. Alys Beach is also a short golf cart ride away if you want to get a nice dinner. We obviously loved this trip and hope to go back soon!

Nice house, good location and neighborhood.

Would stay here again, but could have been a little cleaner. Garbage disposal hadn’t been run or cleaned so it smelled pretty bad when we arrived in evening and there were gnats swarming the sink & subsequently all over the lower level. Could’ve used more basics like more than than one dishwasher soap pak, paper towel roll and TP roll. Enjoyed having access to golf cart and bikes.

College Graduation Celebration Vacation

We were so pleased with the condo and amenities. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space when we were actually there. The options for beach access via the golf cart were plenty. The HUB across the street was also a welcome place to visit for dinner & live music. The proximity to Destin was a doable day trip and we throughly enjoyed Crab Island. The property was nice, and the location was good, but communication with the property manager was terrible. We had issues with the hearing and cooling unit that made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Because it was the weekend, property management could not be bothered.

Beautiful property - excellent location!

This property is located steps from the pool and very close to The Hub. Decor is lovely, the space is comfortable, and you have everything you need. We rented a golf cart, but really wished we hadn't because we didn't need it. The house provided 4 bikes, which was all we needed. One bike had a flat tire and wouldn't hold air, but the other bikes were perfect. We are a family of 4 and we loved it and would stay there again. TipSea Kitty is an awesome place! One thing that people need to be aware of is proximity to the beach - it's not like you can just take a walk and spend the day at the beach because Prominence does not have a beach access. The closest is the Deer Park public entrance (1/2 mile) , which is a perfect little bike ride away. We enjoyed going over to watch the sun set, but didn't spend time at the beach due to no access with complex/community.

Excellent accommodations and community to match

We came down Labor Day weekend (2018) and had a ball. I was immediately impressed when I walked into the dwelling. It was very accommodating and the place was spotless. Kitchen utilities and utensils galore. We loved going to the central pool and the 2-minute walk across the street to the pub and outdoor eating. People walking, bike riding, and golf carting throughout the neighborhood...just what we wanted. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Beautiful townhome. great location, pool was wonderful!

This townhome was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice. The place was a convenient location to both Rosemary and Seaside. We loved walking over to the hub (great food and music), riding our bikes all around, and to the beach. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely place. Jill

Relaxation and fun

We had a great time! The house was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. Being across the street from the Hub provided an easy escape for dinner or lunch, but it was not disturbing at all. We enjoyed the pool and workout room as well.
