'It is really one of the best locations on 30A. You’re in the center of everything nice and beautiful on the 30A. And sitting on that balcony every morning even when it is like 55! but sunny, you are sitting out of the wind always and that is so nice. The condo is very well equipped accept a real water heater, I should add that. Water out of a coffeemaker is not great taste.'

'When we arrived first thing we noticed is how clean condo was. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you would ever need. Deck had incredible view of ocean. Washer and dryer was not in condo but at bottom of stairs. They were very handy and available most of the time. Tips - if you stay more than a couple days bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. If it is very important for you to have a front row spot on the beach, you will need to set your umbrella up between five...
