Maak je klaar voor de beste stranddagen ooit in dit chique, eigentijdse dorpje Village of South Walton!  Gelegen in het centrum van Seacrest Beach - de charmante kustplaats gelegen aan het oostelijke uiteinde van Scenic Highway 30-A tussen Rosemary Beach en Alys Beach.  U zult genieten van loungen aan het zwembad, ontspannen fietsen, trail verkennen en, natuurlijk, de wateren van de Golf wanneer u op vakantie bent in dit prachtige appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. 
 
Op een eersteklas locatie op de 4e verdieping beschikt deze accommodatie over een fris kleurenpalet langs de kust, een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het dorp en een fantastisch uitzicht op de Golf en verder.  Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een bijgewerkte keuken met roestvrij apparaten, grote 55 "flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer, een eigen balkon ingang vanuit de master suite, een groot bubbelbad en dubbele wastafel in de eigen badkamer, wasmachine / droger en tv's in elk slaapkamer.  Ook inbegrepen is toegang tot het strand met een gratis pendeldienst.
 
Een steenworp afstand van uw voordeur is een nul toegang splash pad zwembad met fonteinen, een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad, bubbelbad, gas grills, geweldige winkels en toegang tot een 17-mijl fietspad.  Op de begane grond van het appartement vindt u een groot aantal winkelaanbiedingen, waaronder fietsverhuur, een ijssalon en Seacrest Sundries met boodschappen, ontbijt en broodjes tijdens de lunch. 'S Nachts verandert dit gebied in een prachtige plek voor gezinnen om te verzamelen, te dineren en te drinken en te genieten van seizoensgebonden entertainment van de bovenste plank ... een geweldige manier om een dag op het strand af te sluiten.  En omdat Seacrest Beach gunstig is gelegen tussen de opmerkelijke steden Rosemary en Alys Beach, bent u op een steenworp afstand van leuke gezinsactiviteiten.  In deze community's worden altijd festivals, boerenmarkten of buitenfilms georganiseerd waar iedereen van kan genieten!  Speel in de groene gazons, slenter over de promenades en kom tot rust in de frisse kustlucht.  Je beste stranddagen zijn hier!

Amazing location and super comfortable!

This unit is very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The location was perfect for our family with access to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. Having the pool close by was the best! I would encourage the owners to upgrade the shower heads and hot water heater. The tank is so small that our family had to spread out showers over a few hours to allow it to heat more water. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

Great location. Unit very well designed. We stayed at similar unit in the past. This one needs little more attention. Lightbulb burned in master bath and others do not match a far as bulb shades. In similar units we rented before there was better cloth drawer options in master bedroom. Average furniture compared to other units. Need blinds in living room as at night if you have lights on it is very revealing to the outside.

Perfect location

The condo is perfectly situated for convenient access to all amenities. A short walk to the pool and the beach made it easy to enjoy both activities. The distance to rosemary beach made it an enjoyable walk for dinner or shopping. The location overlooking peddler pavilion made for relaxing evenings enjoying the musicians after the kids had gone to bed. Being located on the 4th provided views and quiet with less traffic. The condo was very nice and comfortable for our families stay. I would definitely stay with this rental company again as they were very responsive and helpful from beginning to end.

Location!

We love this area. Perfect location to walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants and not as busy or as chaotic as Seaside. Also, the distance to ride a bike to the big chill is great. Only reason I’m giving this review 4 stars rather than 5 is because the email I got 3 days prior to the trip did not contain all the info I needed for “what to pack”. It failed to mention that the unit did not have beach towels, which seems silly. In fact, it lacked accessories/amenities that we’ve had in other units at this same complex. Like beach chairs, towels, adequate toilet paper, and bathroom towels. When I reached out to management and showed them the language of the email I received they just kept sending me the email that they sent me two weeks prior to our trip, which was different from the email I received 3 days prior. They should be consistent with their messaging and not argue with paying guests.

Very Disappointed

Loved the property at first - it was clean and we loved the location at first. However, we had a view of a construction trash dumpster off our balcony and constant construction all day long, heard teenagers screaming and running around until 1 AM and the police outside nightly, and the topper was one of the showers was broken and it took 2-3 days to fix it. So, we had to have 6 people using one shower and the management company that we had to contact did nothing to make this right - or make it better or any discount given, etc. Finally, we had rented bikes from the bike rental located at the place! Renter beware it’s a scam. 2 out of our 3 locked up bikes left at the property where they were supposed to be were missing - and we were charged $428 for a bike. Either this is due to the security issues at the condo with the out of control teenagers running around all night - or the bike place does it and then re-rents the bikes again after we had to pay an unexpected $428 per bike!! Overall this could have been a good vacation location - but I was very disappointed they did nothing to make this better.

July Stay 2022

We enjoyed our time at Seacrest Beach (family of 5, three children under 10). We had access to food and shops right below us, a pool right behind us and a beach just a short walk (or tram ride depending on time of day) away. The condo was as advertised. Live music played below us every night, but you could either let in the sound or block it out and it did not go too late. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable

We’ve stayed at this complexed before and loved it. We picked this top floor corner unit for quiet, privacy and view. It was fantastic! The place was clean and comfortable. We loved having access to extra pillows, linens, etc. The dryer was squeaky so we couldn’t run it during meals or while we slept. Also wished the pool was cooler and less like bath water but we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was great! Ease of access to tram to beach. Spacious and tastefully decorated.

Check in process easy and instructions complete. While we enjoyed the space and location , the floor was dirty on our bare feet when we arrived, but everything else clean. We might suggest a full length mirror somewhere, too. We accidentally left a wristband and want to know how to send it back. We will be back home Monday. Thank you

Vacation

The condo was perfect size for our family and we had no major issues. There was a some damaged spots on the property we reported due to not wanting the blame and the response team was very kind and quick with response. Only thing I would change in the condo is the kitchen and bathroom rugs; they are not the type that you can keep clean easily with a rental and I like clean. Other than that we had a wonderful time on our vacation and we love the area. It's conveniently located to many shops and restaurants and very close to Rosemary Beach shop/restaurants as well. This is our second year to stay in The Village and we will be back!

Wonderful stay

Location was near a grocery store. We experienced many rainy days during our stay. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance, we rode bikes, and listened to live music every night. The place was very clean, check in and out was smooth. We plan to visit again.

Wonderful amenities

We stayed with 2 small children and a grandparent in this unit and it was perfect. Wonderful amenities- kids pool, tram to beach, delicious restaurants within steps. We enjoyed watching live music from our balcony and waking up to grab donuts and coffee at Charlie’s donuts in the pavilion. The condo was clean, cool and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Located close to almost everything (beach, grocery store, Starbucks). Clothes washer broke during our stay and was replaced before the end of our stay. Although a short walk to the beach, the designated beachfront area could have been bigger for all those who had access to it.
