Goed verlicht en luchtig, biedt dit prachtige vakantiehuis alles wat u en uw gezin misschien willen: comfort, stijl, toplocatie en natuurlijk veel ruimte! Deze nieuwe build wordt momenteel ingericht en ontworpen door ons professionele ontwerpteam en zal elegante thema's en luxe details bevatten. Binnenkort foto's!

Inchecken is gemakkelijk gemaakt met ons deurcodesysteem. Voer eenvoudig uw persoonlijke deurcode in de voordeur in en vakantie begint! Gunstig gelegen bij de Hub, zult u nooit zonder dingen te doen zijn! Live muziek, shows, winkelen en dineren zijn slechts enkele van de attracties waar u van zult genieten. Kindvriendelijk en op loopafstand.

Loop recht naar binnen en laat de strandchique elegantie van dit huis recht over je heen wassen. Professioneel ingericht en nieuw, ontspannend komt vanzelf wanneer alles specifiek wordt uitgekozen voor uw comfort in gedachten. Geniet van de ruime keuken met schitterende granieten toonbanken en verlichting. Alle kookgerei en serviesgoed is gevuld en klaar voor gebruik! In de woonkamer vindt u comfortabele maar stijlvolle zitplaatsen voor iedereen. Leun achterover en kijk met uw gezin naar de tv na een lange dag op het strand, of geniet van een diner aan de eettafel die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 4 personen met 2 extra zitplaatsen in de ontbijtbar. De master suite beschikt over een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer, een flatscreen-tv en royale kastruimte. De logeerkamer had een comfortabel stapelbed over een stapelbed met een dubbel bed onderschuifbed. Er is ook een flatscreen-tv en royale kastruimte. Zowel de logeerkamer als de woonkamer hebben toegang tot ons ruime balkon. Geweldige plek om van je ochtendkoffie te genieten!Twee volledige badkamers in dit vakantiehuis zorgen ervoor dat het hele gezin 's ochtends probleemloos kan opstaan en gaan!

Let op: naast het nachttarief is er een vertrekvergoeding van $ 155, $ 65 schadevergoedingskosten en $ 45 reserveringskosten.

ANNULERINGSBELEID: een volledige terugbetaling zal worden gegeven op voorwaarde dat uw reservering meer dan 60 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum wordt geannuleerd, minus $ 200 annuleringskosten. Beautiful place, great location, very clean. Just was not happy with how worn and run down it looked. What looked like mold, in the master closet and bedroom vents has be very concerned, especially being pregnant. Bed sheets were EXTREMELY worn and pilling, walls were very scuffed up, living room rug was nasty and had holes in it. Curtain rods had been pulled out of the walls multiple times with patches all over. Lots of little things that needed attention to detail. But overall it was clean and beautiful. I expressed my concerns to property management and they were very quick with a response and offering resolutions as best as they could. Just wish it reflected the photos better.

Decorated nice.. BUT This unit has mold. The humidity was 75 when I entered and smelled like must. I evacuated the second day after 2 days of rain. There is either a shower leak in the master or roof leak. It’s a heavy mold like chaetomium or stachy. I am sensitive to mold but this is not good for anyone.

We loved our stay here for a long Memorial Day weekend. The house was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as described. We enjoyed having access to the golf cart to ride around. Each day we went to the Walton Dunes Beach Access. It was a quick drive and very secluded with not many people there. The location of this house is perfect to be close to both seaside and Rosemary/Alys. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a group of four come stay at this property and we could not recommend it enough! It was the perfect size for our small group and truly had everything we needed at the tip of our fingertips. The host was extremely responsive and provided you with tons of details before checking in that made it a very seamless process. it is an incredible location just a handful of miles from Seaside, rosemary Beach, and popular restaurants and shopping in the area. It was so convenient that it came with a golf cart and had a fully stocked kitchen with tons of supplies and appliances that we utilize throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect getaway for a small group! We will be back for sure!

We were a party of 3 staying in the condo- it was a perfect size for us. I would not recommend more than 3-5 people staying here as the space is limited. The condo was 95% clean. You can tell they don’t deep clean a lot because the bedding items that can’t be washed were a little dingy, the fan blades were covered in dust and the tile grout def needs deep/steam cleaned as it had discolored to a pink-black & dirt color in the high traffic areas. Also The HVAC air had been set on 74 before our arrival and it took 3 hours to get it down to 70. If we opened a door or used a hair dryer or turned on the dryer it would go up very quickly. I know these are small issues and we enjoyed our stay and didn’t complain to the company as I know these things happen. This is a high traffic area with vehicles and small kids. Deer Lake State park was our favorite location for the beach- just take a wagon to haul your items. It’s a long walk. Overall this was a great condo and my family had a nice stay.

Really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and there were lots of provided amenities as well. Plenty of towels and even provided some tide pods for laundry. We stayed about 5 days and also rented a golf cart. We had excellent communication from the host as well. They called before our arrival and they responded extremely fast to any emails. Would definitely stay here in the future

The home is beautifully decorated and very clean, even prettier in person than the photos convey. We had everything we needed for our family of three. It’s in a great location as well, we were able to get to The Big Chill and the pool with a short walk. I would highly recommend this home! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was in a wonderful location for my family. I have two small children and being able to walk to the big chill was really nice. The golf cart made trips to the beach fun and effortless. The location is perfect, the heated pool was a plus, and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two months in this beautiful condo. Enjoyed it greatly. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. And Mandy, Meredith, and Latoya from Beyond Blue are fabulous! The Big Chill is a very fun bonus for this property. The bike trail to Rosemary Beach is perfect!

The property was as advertised! Our rental was quiet, cozy and had all the essentials. We rented a golf cart but never used it because we could not cross 30A and did not use the pool. We were visiting to celebrate Thanksgiving with our 4 children and 6 grandchildren who rented a house in Watersound the property across 30A from Prominence. We were able to walk/drive to The Big Chill shops/restaurants also across the street. Our entire group participated in the 30A 10k, 5k, and mile walk/run. It was well run and a blast for all of us - grandparents down to an 18 month old. We would highly recommend a vacation to this area!

Loved the location! Nice neighborhood feel right on 30a. Took the golf cart to Deer Lake SP right done the road for an easy beach access. Having the HUB right across the road was great. Short drive to Grayson and other spots on 30a. We found the accommodations very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Open concept kitchen and living provided a great space for gathering together. Loved having the deck to sit outside.

We visited the property for 4 nights over spring break. We were comfortable in the home and it was beautifully decorated and super clean! The kids loved taking rides in the golf cart and many a visit to the Big Chill across the street. The pool was awesome however we had chilly weather so didn’t get much use. The house was stocked with everything you need to get your trip started and plenty of beach chairs and toys. We’d def visit again!

This property is perfect! It’s very clean and spacious. The decor is adorable. There’s a large pantry for storing food for your stay and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The master closet is also large and perfect for unpacking. The master shower is awesome! Washer and dryer were an added bonus. This property is on one of the outer streets of the neighborhood but within walking distance of the pool. We mostly used the golf cart to go to the beach. No complaints! Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time again in 30A! We love this location and try new rentals in Prominence each trip. This property was well cleaned and we loved the decor and overall vibe of the place. The bunks really need some help as they felt very unsteady, we think they could be fixed with simple adjustments/tightening of wood and screws. One of the bikes had a flat tire and another had the kick stand completely rusted but the golf cart worked great so we used that to get around. The rental was nice and clean on arrival on the inside and the property manager was so thoughtful to check in and removed the outside trash immediately when we called (such great customer service!). We definitely recommend bringing trash bags as we only were left with 2 for 4 nights. Overall great for a girls trip and manager already stated she reported the bunks to maintenance.

Wonderful experience overall! The condo is really beautiful. Reality met expectations for sure. The golf cart was awesome to ride to the beach and just across the street to The Hub. The closest beach access point was closed for repairs when we were there, but just down the road a little bit further was the perfect spot. The pool area was great also! Would definitely stay here again.
