Wonderful place in the middle of nature. We stayed in the family cottage which was excellent. Easy check in. Friendly people. Good restaurant.

Net ( niet ) ok voor één nacht
Typisch toeristisch doorgangsmotel., net ok voor 1 nacht,enige reden om hier te verblijven is de ligging nabij Death Valley..Douche met weinig druk en afbrokkelende muur, bedden nog net niet versleten, ventilatorregeling stuk,"zakelijk" onthaal, dunne muren. Wij waren er eind oktober aan een ok tarief, temperatuur overdag 25 gr C + , dus niet echt airco nodig, er is een centrale airco als het warmer is maar of die echt werkt??, Wifi slow slow. Wel goed restaurant met zachte prijzen, vriendelijke bediening; maar primitief comfort. Ook belangrijk : benzinepomp met correcte prijs

Leuke cabin op super locatie midden in de woestijn
Super gave cabin midden in de woestijn. Uiteraard met goede airco en super schoon en netjes. Wil je een keer een nacht door brengen in de woestijn dan is dit zeker de moeite waard!

Very basic accomodation in Death Valley. Don't expect top grade accomodation. If you like camping then this is definitely for you! The location is amazing and at night you can see the stars above like bever before (it's in the middel of nowhere so there's no licht pollution except from the resort itself).

Veldbedje in the middle of nowhere
We hadden een tent met veldbedden, zonder beddengoed, licht oid. Het was gewoon een camping. Dit hoort niet thuis op een website dag zich hotels.com noemt. We konden wel beddengoed huren voor 20 dollar maar dit was erg smerig. Je ligt letterlijk aan de weg en hierdoor is de nachtrust niet geweldig. Een nachtje camperen is wel erg leuk maar voor deze prijs/locatie niet. Restaurant dat er bij zit is wel erg gezellig, maar neem geen ontbijt, dat stelt werkelijk niks voor! (Ze bieden een all you can eat ontbijt voor 10 dollar pp).

Overall, this was a good place to stay. Because it was near the west entrance, most of the places were close to an hour away. Most places outside the park were also about an hour away to the park anyways. Most tent cabins had a driveway/parking space to park one's vehicle but my tent cabin #19 was the smallest and didn't have a dedicated parking spot. I had to park directly in front of my tent cabin. It was really cold and windy when I stayed. There was a hole with a flap on the roof of the tent that I wasn't able to keep closed so it was even colder at night. I should have asked if there was a way to keep it closed permanently.

What I liked best was its location. It's pricey, but in a remote area so your expectations need to be lowered. Rooms are clean but austere. Funniest part was the walls are so thin, a couple could be heard clearly having sex two rooms away! A long session at night and a quickie in the morning. 😃 No TV, AC, space heaters only, and no phone or WIFI unless you're in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very nice but understaffed. I was with a group of 30 and we would overwhelm the staff at meal times leading to 90 to 120 minutes for a meal. Overall, it's quaint and picturesque but don't expect luxury.

Glamping only if you want to stay in a canvas tent and sleep on uncomfortable cots. No chairs, no tables, no electricity. Wifi only across the highway, which you sleep right next to. Tents are 6ft apart, so hope your neighbor is nice. Bathroom is nasty, Men's room flooded the morning we stayed. Good only for a quick stop. Great beer selection at the bar across the highway.

We were delighted with our choice to stay at Panamint Springs Resort. The cabin was extremely clean. The furnishings were simple and done in good taste. We appreciated the woodwork and all of the features using wood trim. The bed was super comfortable and we were grateful for terrific pressure and hot water in the shower. I highly recommend these accommodations!

This property is in an incredible location inside Death Valley National park. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view from the place is incredible and the on-site restaurant had surprisingly some of the best food we had eaten in awhile and my grown kids are pretty demanding with their food. There is a gas station and Store also on the premises. Rooms are very basic and small, but I wasn’t there for fancy rooms but for the ambiance and proximity to the park.

We have stayed here twice. They accommodate all price ranges from a spot for your tent, a glamping tent, a cabin or a room. They are very friendly and helpful too. The showers are hot. the bathroom is kept clean and well stocked. The restaurant was a bit on the high side price wise, but you are in the middle of nowhere. I gave it 5 stars due to the people working there and the location too. It is a beautiful peaceful area.

This property was so bad that we left after the first night, even though we had already paid for two. Our room didn't even have a chair. No internet, no TV - I guess you could sit and read, but no chair. The rooms were not all numbered, so we had to count down to find our room. The door was very hard to open, which wasn't good when you were not actually sure it was the correct room. The food that we had in the restaurant was good, but the service was not.

Our room was so terrible we didn't even stay the 2nd night even though we could not get a refund. The restaurant on the property was the only good thing. Food was delicious.

This hotel is a dump, and that applies to the rooms and the property. The rooms are in a row of decaying shacks, and the property is well supplied with pieces of rusting, decaying equipment. The rooms are nearly bare—one outlet, no TV, no WiFi, no cell service, no chairs, no cups or glasses, no curtains, broken plastic blinds, crummy windows and door, thin blanket & no duvet. Oh, let’s not forget no heat, just a weak space heater. I’m guessing all the guests are first-timers, because who would ever come back twice?

Pro- friendly checkin staff, restaurant on site with good food and wonderful staff. Great scenery views. Con-Signage lacking, hard to locate, no cell service. Rooms need at least lights at bedside and working blinds. Minimal electrical plugins. Price.

The room was clean and nice. Not worth the price though. There is no internet or tv in the room. The room had a space heater but it was very cold. The power went out 4 times during the night. The fan in our room was wobbling n noisy. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

The room is no frills which is what we needed. Bedding and bathroom were very clean. The motel is located about an hour's plus drive from most of the sites in the National Park. The staff were very kind. The adjoining restaurant is pretty spendy. My husband and I had avocado toast with egg for breakfast and coffee = $52 w/out tip.
