'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills.
There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person?
Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up.

'Overall a lovely place to stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the neighboring properties burn their garbage nightly and the smell really infuses the rooms. A small in room air filter would be a welcome addition to each room.'

'The staff were very friendly and helpful, they really were the best feature of this hotel. The views are breathtaking, free kayaking is good fun. Food was ok. Well equipped rooms with smart tvs and super responsive communication with the restaurant and concierge, making the stay easy.'
