'Didn’t get the address for the property till the very last moment. That caused a bit of tension. -Everything felt cheap, the a/c barely worked in a 10x10 room and fell off the wall onto the bed. We were glad we weren’t asleep in it. -The siding door to the outside didn’t work. They fixed it right before we moved out. -The living room ceiling fan had two speeds slow and slower. It was pretty useless. The front desk people seemed friendly and competent. We left after a 1 1/2 days on a 3 day stay....

'Their listing needs clarity. The property is by the water and has a beautiful front lawn. However, the property does not have a parking space for your vehicle(s). You will have to park your vehicle (if you own one) outside the gate right by the highway on the sloping shoulder of the road.
