"Wij arriveerden op een zondag en schokken van het grote aantal bezoekers. Wij zijn derhalve (ook op advies van hotel) niet in het openbare wellnessgedeelte geweest. Gelukkig had hotel ook eigen wellness gedeelte maar dit had slechts twee sauna’s een stoombad en zwembad. En te weinig bedjes voor alle gasten. ‘s avonds ook diner gehad, was inbegrepen. Eten ERG slecht! Het is een grote commerciële hut! En prijs-kwaliteit verhouding klopt niets van ."

"I asked them to change my booking with one day (litteraly postponing it for one day: arrival one day later, departure one day later). They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... Anyway the hotel was not willing to do anything and prefers to keep the money of one night instead of providing a small service to its customers. Terrible short-sighted attitude. If you go, make sure you do not have to ask them anything, because the do not know the word "customer service"."
