'Erg fijn hostel op een erg goeie plaats, kamer was ook erg fijn dat de lockers een soort van muur vormde zodat niet iedereen last van je had, minpuntje was er om 1245 en kon nog niet inchecken. Ik weet het is pas vanaf 1 uur maar tog. Maar bratislava in het algemeen geen fijne plek om alleen te lopen s avonds'

'The room was nice and clean, bedsheets, linen, pillows and duvets are included, towel is for a fee, but I totally understand regarding those guests who always steals it from places. They have a bar outside which has a nice atmosphere, and there is a lunch place next to them (like a small restaurant) with really good prices and food. Staff was kind and helpful, you can buy any amenities that you left home at the reception.'

"I asked them to change my booking with one day (litteraly postponing it for one day: arrival one day later, departure one day later). They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... Anyway the hotel was not willing to do anything and prefers to keep the money of one night instead of providing a small service to its customers. Terrible short-sighted attitude. If you go, make sure you do not have to ask them anything, because the do not know the word "customer service"."
