'The location was great, easy access to food, restaurants and tourist attractions. The housekeeping needed improvement as dirt could be seen under the bed and on edges of the wall. Service could be enhanced as well as they managed to 'misplace' my registration which took a while to correct.'

'There was no effort on provider to contact us viia email for for confirmation, welcome nor check-in information. Arrived on day of check-in with no information. Luckily, managed to get help of local to wastapp to contact service provider for info.
Units were not well maintained. My partner was turned off by the roll of stained toilet paper, and un-comfortable bed. Decided to find alternative stay at hotel. Returned unit Unused next day.
Will not book again.

'we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk)
It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited.
Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs.'

I had clean to find for swipe and clean it, by.myself..'

'Everything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower.'

"Groot hotel. Kamer is heel groot en praktisch ingedeeld. Inrichting is wel basic. Wel schoon en op 15 min loopafstand van de petronas towers. Al met al een zeer geschikt hotel voor een citytrio. Ik raad het zeker aan"
