'At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

'We booked this hotel to have a nap in before our train departed but it turned out to be quite nice for the price. It is the cheapest hotel I've ever booked but certainly not the worst. We would have happily stayed a night if not for time constraints. The room did smell a little bit like cigarettes and the bed was Vietnamese (so hard by western standard), but again for the price we were happy with it.'

'日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! '

'他のニャギなどよりは確実に高いが、それだけの価値があります。街のランドマークとして誰でも知っていますし、サパ行きの乗り合いバス停もすぐ近く。付近は繁華街だし立地は最高。ちょっとお湯がぬるいですが、毎日ちゃんと部屋もきれいにしてくれるし、他に不満点はありません。'

'No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps '

"Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. Leaving at 8.30a.m., nobody on reception dedk; card with only telephone number. All in all not bad, but also not really good. Very limited service. But there's a rooftop bar with OK view, but there too very limited choice in drinks and no food. The seeds/snack they offer you with the drinks are NOT free..... "
