'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. 'The property is beautiful, Tomas is incredibly helpful and passionate, comfy bed, nice pools, yummy breakfast (bread/ jellies, coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruits, eggs) & close to beaches and Bioluminescent tour in secluded area so plenty of nature to enjoy. 'Had an initial mix-up but after that it was a nice stay and Carlos was super helpful and friendly. The beach is close by, the domes are fun and there is wildlife all around with a monkey troupe in the trees above each evening. The nearby bioluminescent bay is a highlight.Thank you!'
