'So, check-in was ok. Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to. So, the room. It is modern looking, clean and better than the prior hotel we stayed in when we went to London last year. However, there are issues with this one, both safety and experience issues just like the other one but here they are: - Damp (water) patches around...

'Stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, very professional. Hotel location is in beautiful Roseland area, pretty central in Cornwall. Breakfast and dinner in hotel is a feast, very relaxed atmosphere with tasty dishes and amazing ocean view. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy and plenty of space. 'Great little guest house and comes with a free car parking space. Donna was an excellent host along with Mia the friendly rescue dog. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts followed by a full Welsh or eggs on toast or a bacon sanwich etc. Deganwy is licensed so we were able to enjoy a drink or 2 in the evening. 'Camelot Guest Find is a little gem. Great location near the centre of town, lovely hosts and a fab breakfast. I had a very cute single room with everything I needed. Little extras like proper tea and plenty of water made my stay very enjoyable.'

In walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and all town beaches. Lanhern pub and food brilliant a short walk away as is the Maharajah superb Indian restaurant. Trenance gardens also a short walk. 'Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
