* It was my first time in the Bahamas and couldn’t have been happier with Suite 203 at THIRTY SIX and it’s surroundings. Paradise Island is gorgeous and THIRTY SIX was definitely the cherry on top. The condo was private and secure while in close proximity to some of the best spots in the Bahamas.
David and Cynthia made the entire process hassle and stress free and they made sure everything was perfect for us. One of my favourite things was the gym that overlooks the infinity pool and Paradise Island. I will definitely be returning and staying at THIRTY SIX in the future... Simone

* Our stay at the apartment exceeded all expectations. The location was very central, and provided easy access to all the major attractions and hotels in the area. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized and beautifully designed. The kitchen was immaculate and functioned without any issues. The washer and dryer were so convenient to have after long days at the beach. And we also made good use of the pool and gym downstairs in the communal area.

Our hosts were so accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and can’t wait to come back and stay again... Karishma

* I stayed at the condo during the month of May 2019 and it was beyond perfect. The building is brand new which means all of the amenities are top notch - the pool is amazing and so is the gym. The suite itself was very comfortable and David and Cynthia made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! The condo definitely feels like luxury with all of the new appliances and furniture. It was just what we needed. The location was perfect and super close to all of the activities and hot spots on paradise island. This is definitely where I’ll be staying the next time I’m in the Bahamas! Norissa

* When we booked our first trip to the Bahamas we were very excited and looked forward to staying in Suite 203 at THIRTYSIX Condo. Upon arrival, our first point of contact was with the security personnel. I must applaud their professionalism and most importantly their courtesy. Our hosts David and Cynthia were very warm, welcoming and attentive, which made our arrival calm and our stay very comfortable.

Oh my, and I can’t forget! The condo was absolutely breathtaking, striking and gorgeous with its many lavish amenities and its alluring modern decor. But the biggest plus was the proximity of the condo to literally everywhere! The Marina, the resort itself and the surrounding environs.

All in all the service was nothing short of excellent! In conclusion, I highly recommend this getaway. It offers everything that one would expect from an island paradise..... Barbara Ormsby
