'Stayed here after coming off the Camino soaked to the bone. It’s an interesting place where the owner/operator seems to have several smaller properties. When you ring the doorbell he comes to meet you from an adjacent property to check you in and give you your keys. 'This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We were unable to have dinner at the restaurant because they were too busy with the bigger groups. Tried for 15 min to have the dinner we had booked in our reservation, then went to another restaurant. Money wasted, would never come here again.'

'Good location 5 mins from bus station and centre. Arrived early, someone kindly dealt with me (very cold day). Room etc fine apart from poor (ducted)heating system that you had to leave on (the fan) all the time but which made little difference.'

'The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to...
