'We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is wonderful - such an attractive and convenient area. To be able to park directly opposite with no charge was perfect. It was a safe and enjoyable 20 minute walk to the edge of the older part of the city.
The studio apartment was light and spacious with a lovely view over the park. We especially liked the little balcony. The bathroom was modern with a great shower.

'The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

De bedden mogen wel vernieuwd worden. Ze zijn erg laag en het matras is vrij hard. Ook de hoofdkussens stellen niets voor. Zelf had ik er twee nodig.

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...

Geen receptie/ontvangst bij het aankomen (na lang zoeken uiteindelijk een A4-document gevonden op een deur waarop stond welke kamer ons toegewezen werd), een verouderde badkamer met een douchecel waar vroeger een schuifdeur had gestaan maar nu een gordijn hing, een eengatsmengkraan in de douche maar nog geen thermostatische kraan, een "roze" lavabo en toilet uit lang vervlogen tijd, een antieke of eerder...

'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

"Everything was nice and clean, the only thing that was bad was the parking at the hotel. There is no parking and parking that was free in the neighbourhood was 10 minutes away and that was also full 50% of the time, finding parking was difficult. accomodation was very good"

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."
"Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. "

"What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship and it's also well situated, so can recommend."
