'Business trip voor een beurs in Milaan, ik had op voorhand een gekoelde kamer gevraagd. Als ik aankwam was de kamer heel warm .. 24 graden … na veel vijven en zessen heeft het hotel toch de airco op de gewenste temperatuur gezet maar als ik de dag erna terug kwam van mijn beurs werkte de airconditioning weer niet … 2 nachten heb ik in een warme kamer geslapen terwijl de accomodatie airco aanbiedt … geen goede ervaring '

'This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage. He was still cleaning up from the previous tenants. The place was trashed. I have to admit, I was surprised how clean it was just a few hours later. Would stay again. '

'Ligging was perfect, het hotel was heel mooi, de kamer en het bed ook heel fijn en comfortabel (twin room) ook het ontbijt was heerlijk!!! En het personeel was ook helemaal top, super vriendelijk en service minded! Al met al helemaal top verblijf! '
