'Prachtig hotel, aardig personeel en uitstekend gelegen. De pianist tijdens het ontbijt is overbodig'

'Staff were good communicators and very helpful. The breakfast was first class. Highly recommended.'

'Ottima posizione, centrale, comoda e silenziosa allo stesso tempo. 'Very friendly staff, especially at reception when I arrived. Lovely decor and close to restaurants. Great breakfast.'

Accueil parfait.'

'Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!'

Service is the area that certainly needs improvement. They don’t turn on their WhatsApp number that was provided in Expedia’s messages. You may not get to go in to your room and wonder how you can get help. Luckily they got two wonderful neighbors that were inconvenienced to provide the service they lacked....

'Everything was ok. Breakfast was not our style. Good place for visiting Matera'
