'I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. 'Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. 'This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. I am having a tooth-ache, and Francesco (sp) actually called his own dentist to help us out. Obviously, I can't say enough about our blessed...

'This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. So convenient! The hotel staff themselves are so accommodating, as well. The staff during our stay didn't speak...
