'One of the most amazing independent hotels I’ve stayed! Staff are so hospitable and helpful. Location is next to Cava Grado beach and 10 mins to Sant Angello. Rooms are basic but very cute with balcony. Also very convenient to have breakfast served on the terrace each morning. Hotel owner and staff were so helpful with recommendations! I will come back again for sure — they helped to make my Ischia vacation incredible! Missing the island (and Rio the dog!) already'

'Villa Tara is an exceptional accommodation; a historic building with character and unique charm. Very beautiful surroundings in the middle of nature. Very quiet location, yet well developed. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and get to know Succhivo, Sant Angelo, Panza and Forio. Warm and courteous hostess, the whole team very committed and friendly. Sinful sweets for breakfast….thank you all for a perfect stay, Anna&David'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were lovely and helpful. A special mention for Nicole, grandson of the owner, for his kindness and good humour. Breakfast was very good, and the thermal pools were gorgeous. Dining a la carte was a challenge for one of us but only because food containing octopus was not for that palette. 'A hidden gem up the Forio hillside but worth the challenging drive. Best service (management is superb with fantastic recommendations), transfers and shuttles to Local area. Excellent massages. Loved our room inside and out. Views of ocean and sunset are hard to match. Will return!'

'Amazing! Staff was kind and very helpful, the e accommodation is amazingly beautiful. Breakfast is top notch, one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. And to top it off we decided to end our vacation on the Amalfi coast right here, because it was just to good!'

'Hotel Loreley exceeded our expectations! The views from the hotel were stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of both hot and cold foods and drinks, the room was comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. They provided lifts to and from restaurants and the beach. Would recommend for solo, friends or couples!'

'Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port.'

'Il nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato veramente lodevole. A partire dall'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono davvero delle brave persone sempre cordiali e disponibili. La camera era davvero carina e soprattutto molto pulita. La posizione è un po' scomoda ma c'è la fermata del bus a pochi passi e poi comunque c'è il servizio navetta offerto dall hotel che ti porta in tutte le zoni d'attrazione vicine. Consiglio veramente a tutti di andarci per godersi qualche giorno di pieno relax, io...

'The owners could not have been more kind. The pool and roof deck had ocean and town views, the lobby and restaurant overlook the same lovely views, the breakfast was wonderful and the location is a very short walk to town. It was better than staying in sant angelo proper because we were removed from any noise and we were right at the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again. '

'We had a 5 star experience in Hotel Punta Imperatore. The building is lovely, rooms are clean and the pool are is excellent with multiple different size pools and thermal options. We also enjoyed the daily aperitivo sessions before dinner with drinks, quality snacks and live music. And specially we want to thank Renato for his daily kindness and highly quality service. Perfecto!'
