'The ruby cottage was super cute and welcoming. The yard was huge, very lush and well maintained. The fenced in area is shared with the main house and is beautiful with chair, fire pit, and lighting. Perfect for entertaining and hanging out in the evenings! I enjoyed hanging out under the willow near the cottage and my dog enjoyed exploring the yard and stone fence. There were even dog treats for him. Summit point race track is just on the other side of the tree line as mentioned in the ad, there...

'We loved this family and pet friendly property. Loved the house and decor and all the amenities. Spent quality time at the house with the family. Played ping pong, pool and video games. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and had roasted marshmallows. We had a fantastic time visiting our favorite places and some new ones. Sweet Run State Park had some great trails for hiking with our dog. Will recommend this property to everyone!'

'We enjoyed coffee and looked over the fabulous view each morning, and soaked in the hot tub after a bonfire every night. It was almost perfect. Be aware, the listing is not kidding about the bugs, or the steep drive. But it's fabulous.'

'The location is perfect if you’re visiting the area close proximity to downtown Leesburg and plenty of wineries and breweries. Extremely pet friendly with a fun Stone yard. The hot tub and fire pit area is well taken care of and very relaxing. We are mattress knobs and found the beds to be very comfortable. The owners are easy to work with and have great communication. We enjoyed our stay!'

Owner was quick to respond once receiving text message. Email is best way to communicate. you do have a lil drive into town if you need something however that was not an issue with us and the location is what we were looking for.
