On the 4th floor of a beautiful luxury Haussmanian building, the apartment offers an open day space of 100m2 between living room, dining room and kitchen with very beautiful volumes (3.3m high ceilings).
The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed). So 10 beds with 6 adults.
The apartment is next to Saint-Georges and Notre Dame des Lorettes.
