Nice, large family apartment (2 bedrooms - sleeps 5) very close to Paris

Enjoy with your family this wonderful 2 floor flat with double exposure and a very large terrace oriented south.

This flat has very large spaces, it is bright and clean.

It is next to the underground station (line 7), a few hundreds of meters from Paris and the Parc de la Villette.

It is situated in a quiet building where everyone knows each other. It is on the first floor with stairs.

It is really appropriate for a family with a double bed with a quality mattress (Simmons pocket spring) and 3 more beddings in the other room with one trundle bed 80X200cm that can be doubled to 2x80x200cm and a child’s bed that can be transformed from 80x120cm to 80x200cm.

The minimum stay is 4 nights.

All towels, new or almost new, are included. A professional quality cleaning is done before every renting.

The building is old and situated in the near suburbs of Paris (800 meters approximatively). It is my main place with my 5 year old daughter.
It is suitable for people who like this type of building and look for a large and very confortable place, that is very well connected to Paris, with a very economic budget.

A parking lot can be available on demand at 20€/day.
