Located on the 2ᵉ floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- 2 bedrooms, including a children's bedroom with a sofa bed (often used as a single bed, as it's a little difficult to unfold) and a single bed on a children's mezzanine, and upstairs in the bedroom under the sky with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a shower room with toilet
- a work area ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness, cachet and design.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, coffee machine, washing machine, blender, sodastream, toaster, waffle maker, raclette machine, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, fridge, fan. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
