Rustig plekje in Marais

Keurig en schoon appartement met drie slaapkamers. Goed bereikbaar en rustig gelegen in Marais. Metro, supermarkt en bakker dichtbij. Goede restaurants in de buurt. Vrij compleet uitgeruste keuken, maar geen magnetron. Op aanvraag nieuwe pannenset voor inductie aangeleverd, zeer nette en snelle communicatie hierover! Twee badkamers, beetje aan de krappe kant maar wel fijne regendouches met goede straal. Prima bedden. Goede wifi. In tegenstelling tot foto’s slechts 1 tweepersoonsbank om op neer te ploffen, beetje te weinig voor 4-6 personen. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Parijs zouden we zeker weer naar dit appartement kijken.

The property was as advertised. Beds are comfortable and kitchen facilities are good. Apartment is secure and was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this property. Please note that the tourist tax is paid separately from the booking cost and is approximately 60/person for an adult.

My family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in the Marais district. The apartment had all of the necessary basics, was clean and quiet, and is centrally located, It is very convenient to all of the Paris attractions and activities.

Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. It was very warm in Paris during our stay, and there is no A/C in this apartment. There were swamp cooler-style fans in all rooms, which we eventually figured out absent any instruction, but the part of the bedroom windows that opened were too high and too small to let in the cool air overnight. There were ants in the apartment, and the shower is starting to mold. Communication was very poor. This is definitely a property management company, and a different person seemed to answer every message. We requested an early checkin, and got at least 4 different answers to that question. The neighborhood is great, and location between 2 metro stops was very convenient. The apartment is far enough away from the street to be quiet overnight even with most of the windows open.

Perfect neighborhood, property needs a bit of work

I think this property is in a perfect location for a group of friends visiting Paris! So many amazing restaurants and bars are easily walkable from this location.The check-in process was very easy and we had no complications getting access.The property could use some refinishing. The seal on the windows in the bedrooms let some moisture in during the rainy weather. Some corners of the baseboards needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. Some sections of the bathroom without a window to the outside had some concerning looking dark spots.

Great spot for Paris trip

The apartment was clean and quiet. It contained everything needed for staying in Paris, including a clothes washer and dryer. We were three mature women and had plenty of room. We mostly ate at restaurants, but brought food home from the local grocery store as well. Note that there is no microwave, but there were other heating options, like pans and the cooktop (remember those?).The only issue that I have with the property is the post-reservation collection of Paris tax (as I understand it). The property required it to finalize the reservation. I had to go to a separate site and pay 58.90 euro for 3 of us. It was confusing and to top it off, there were multiple spam messages. The final charge was from "Les Combattants" which is not listed anywhere on the "contract" or VRBO website.Aside from that, I recommend this apartment for a pleasant, roomy stay in Paris.

Paris Family Vacation

Great place for our family of 6 on our first visit to Paris. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Restaurants, groceries, and metro stops all within a quarter-mile walk from the apartment complex. The apartment was clean and had an ample supply of towels, dishes, etc. Would definitely rent again.

Paris Vacation

This property is everything it describes and more! There were six of us and there was plenty of room to move and hangout. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the kitchen area is spacious and had everything we needed to cook. It saved us a lot of money as we ate breakfast in the apartment every morning and stayed in for dinner a few nights. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient. The location of this apartment is what made it so appealing to us as we wanted to be close to Paris and all of the sight seeing as well as where my daughter lives. There are two different lines within a 5 minute walk so you can get anywhere in a short 30 min train ride. We also did a lot of walking from République and Bastille and there was so much to see along the way. The area has great shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars, and parks. Our daughter and her boyfriend came to us for dinner one night and all the kids went to the Panic Room, which is just across from the apartment, for a fun night out. The apartment is in a safe, gated building and the hosts were very responsive anytime we messaged them with questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and we certainly did! We highly recommend staying here! We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Paris. Thank you!

Pleasant stay in Le Marais

We had a great time staying in this apartment and would recommend it for a variety of reasons. (1) Location is phenomenal with great neighborhood with great walkability but also close to metro (2) 3 bedrooms plus two FULL bathrooms (i.e. 2 toilets) is a rare find and important for our family of 5 so that we could share the space comfortably (3) very responsive hosts and (4) it was a quiet space off of an interior courtyard which was lovely. As testament to our hosts, we had a problem with the floors not being well cleaned on arrival, but our hosts responded quickly and it was fixed. Note it is not a place with the charm of some Paris apartments (it feels more like a US suite style hotel room). However for us that was less important than the convenience of all the above factors.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé

Nous étions 8 personnes et y avons séjourné la première semaine de décembre 2023. L'appartement est coquet, très confortable, très propre, bien équipé, bien situé, dans un secteur très calme, avec un jardin arboré. Il nous manquait des couvertures pour les lits du salon et ils sont venus nous en porter aussitôt qu'on les a appelé. Tout était impeccable. Je recommande fortement!

We had a great time in Paris with our family (5 adults). The listing was accurate and as expected. It was the right size for the 5 of us. The location was great...very close to metro stops and had a great cafe around the corner. The host was very responsive and let us check in early. If we visit Paris again we would stay here.

We had to make a last minute change in accommodations and this apartment was available fortunately. Very good communication with the landlord and excellent location in the Marias. Accommodations were fine and no issues. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when in Paris .
