we were nicely welcomed; the communication with the landlord was smooth and excellent; the apartment's location is very good for tourists and the metro is nearby; the apartment is quiet and well equipped (the only comment I could make, since I am rather tall: the bed could be a bit longer); all in all we had a very good time

A wonderful birthday trip

Hermoso apartamento
Excelente ubicación, justo a la par de la parada del metro. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar muy bien varios días. Nosotros estuvimos por 15 días y en ningún momento necesitamos algo adicional. La limpieza es excelente así como la distribución del apartamento que es muy cómodo. Hemos viajado por diferentes países y esté es el mejor apartamento que hemos tenido porque cumple con todo lo que ofrece. Solo debe tomarse en cuenta que está en un tercer piso, lo que dificulta el acceso para personas con problemas de movilidad. No dudamos que volveremos a este lugar. Florence es una persona encantadora, si recepción y disposición son excepcionales. El apartamento está ubicado en una calle que tiene mucha vida y es concurrida, no obstante el ruido no se escucha del todo.

Superbe appartement
Superbe appartement et nous avons été très bien accueillies. Il est à proximité de tout, dans un bel arrondissement. Plusieurs restaurants et boulangeries à proximité. À côté de la station de métro Abbesses. Nous n'avions toutefois pas réalisé avant notre arrivée qu'il y avait autant d'activités de jour comme de nuit ce qui a été un peu moins apprécié pour la nuit. Sinon, tout était parfait et nous ne regrettons pas notre location. De l'appartement, nous avions une belle vue sur la tour Eiffel. Merci à Florence pour son bel accueil et toutes les informations qu'elle nous a transmises!

You Don't Want to Skip This Listing!
We are newbie Americans who had never visited Paris. We had no idea what arrondissements to look at staying in, what to be close to, etc. Laurence's place was perfect! The pictures don't do it justice. The apartment is right in the middle of the action in Montmartre (or, some of the action, because it's so big). It is conveniently close to dozens and dozens of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. It is also right next to a metro station, and just down the hill, there's another that will get you on a different line. It's not too far from Gare du Nord, so it's easy to get to and from the airport or to travel outside the country. The apartment is beautiful and filled with sunlight. It has several windows which we would open right when we got back at night to let the cool air in and hear the action down below. The bathroom and kitchen are nice as well. Would definitely recommend! The couch is also a futon that I slept on comfortably for a week.

Great Location
This apartment was right in the heart of the Montmarte district and convenient to many cafes and restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Right down the hill from le Sacre-Coure. The manager was very close by and the check in process was really great. Perfect for 2 or 3 people.

Pros and Cons
Pros: Great location for Monmarte, very close to Abbesses station. Nice kitchen and seating area. Bedroom comfortable. Safe, great view. Host contact very nice. Cons: washer only, no dryer. Coffee machine needs replacing, coffee comes out tepid. Futon is so uncomfortable, can't count on it for sleeping (and no pillows / sheets for it that fit). Steep 3 story staircase, esp with luggage. Shower pressure decreases dramatically as hot water increases, so hard to wash out shampoo and conditioner if you want hot water. Nice enough, wouldn't stay there again.

Merveilleux endroit
Préalable à l’arrivée, l’information transmise était précise et une fois sur rendu à Paris, la communication avec Florence était facile et claire. Son accueil est tout ce qu’on attend en de pareilles circonstances. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Belle luminosité également dans l’appartement. Situé à quelques dizaines de mètres à peine de la station de métro Les Abbesses, la localisation permet de rayonner facilement ailleurs dans Paris autant que de permettre la découverte des charmes de la butte de Montmartre. On y retournera si l’occasion se présente de nouveau.

Ideal Parisian View
We could not have asked for a better experience. From the view of the Eiffel Tower to the mesmerizing Parisian street scape below, the neighborhood was perfect including a Metro stop nearby and many cafes and shops. The apartment was very clean with modern conveniences, lots of sunlight, and a property manager who is thorough and absolutely delightful. Use the indoor ATM around the corner to get the best withdrawal rate. Remember that steps are good for your heart!

Excellent apartment charming neighborhood.
Great place to stay with super easy subway access. After a busy day seeing the sights in very crowded areas it was always nice to come back to the apartment minus the immense crowds, put your feet up on the window seal and watch the charming neighborhood below with a glass of wine. Florence was helpful and wonderful with her communication and availability.

Perfect in every way. Cleanliness, comfort, neighborhood , location. Subway system takes you anywhere you want to go. No elevator but after a couple of times becomes second nature. Lively area. Florence was wonderful and answered all our questions and was so gracious !

The apt was bright and airy. Very comfortable for a 5 day stay and convenient to all locations. We were greeted by Florence who was a delight and made sure we understood how wverything worked when we checked in. She also gave us recommendations for local places to eat. Everything you want and need in Paris
The location was absolutely perfect. The views were great and the neighborhood is very accessible to the rest of Paris. Get a 1, 3 or 5 day metro pass rather than a ticket each day. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Florence, the upstairs neighbor was very sweet and we enjoyed speaking with her and she was very helpful in getting us checked in, recommending restaurants and even let me borrow her hair dryer. I found the apartment hair dryer in the drawer under the sink the next morning. We can't wait to go back soon.

View of eiffel tower from the front window and peaks of sacré cœur from the back. This apartment was perfect for a couple’s stay in paris, and the neighbor who helped us check in and out was just so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

This is probably my favorite apartment I've stayed at in Montmartre yet, and I've stayed at close to 10 different apartments within a few blocks of this location. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The host was so welcoming and kind and helpful. I will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit.

Nous n’avons que des bons mots pour l’appartement de Laurence. Idéalement situé dans le quartier de Montmartre à proximité des attractions mais dans le calme et la sécurité. I was told that this wonderful building was originally built in 1685 and modernized in 1900. It is clean, spacious, and bright in a vibrant neighborhood to the best restaurants and bakeries. You'll love the place. Be sure to bring your own body wash and shampoo.

Schönes Appartement für zwei. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, um autonom in Paris seinen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Küche gut ausgestattet, (falls man vor Ort kein passendes Resto fände ...Haha). Kommen gerne wieder!

Great location!
This apartment has a really nice location with plenty of restaurants on the same block. You can almost see the metro station entrance it’s so close. Also, the apartment is big with a full separate bedroom. Bathroom has 2 windows. Great place and great owner.

Perfect Apartment in Montmartre
My wife and I have visited Paris every year for as long as I can remember. This was one of the best apartment rentals we ever had. It is close to a Metro stop and everything one needs to get setup for your stay. There are some great cafes nearby if you get lazy and don't want to go far for a meal. If you are a walker you can get nearly anywhere in about 30 minutes. I will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Wir waren nun bereits 4 mal hintereinander in Paris/Montmartre. Diese Wohnung war einfach top. Selbst die Ersteigung der Treppen im Haus in die 3. Etage war kein Problem und wir sind ja nicht unbedingt mehr die Jüngsten mit 75. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick nach draußen einfach wieder top. Wir würden gerne mal wieder im nächsten Jahr kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir haben die Wohnung als Basis für 1 1/2 Wochen Urlaub in Paris genutzt und waren begeistert. Bei der Einrichtung fehlt nichts und alles ist sehr sauber. Besonders praktisch ist die unmittelbare Nähe zur Metro. Wir konnten alle Ziele in der Stadt schnell und bequem erreichen. Montmartre hat in dieser Gegend eher den Charakter einer Kleinstadt, und ganz nah sind mehrere preisgekrönte Boulangeries und weitere Geschäfte. Ein großer Supermarkt ist fußläufig in Pigalle. Fazit: Eine ideale Basis für einen entspannten Stadturlaub.

This flat was perfect for our 5 days in Paris! Arrival was easy, the neighbor that let us in even carried the heavier suitcase up the 4 flights of stairs. The flat was charming! Nicely laid out with everything we needed. Bathroom was good and it was nice to have a washing machine. Metro station was right around the corner, the the neighborhood is filled with cute restaurants. When we return to Paris we’ll definitely stay here again!

So you want to stay in Montmartre?It doesn’t get any better than this...
We loved the location! The flat was perfect for our needs. Rested comfortably each night and ready to go each morning. Breakfast right outside the front door with markets close by with anything you might want. Taxis were plentiful and Uber was easy. My wife is planning a return trip with girlfriends and plans to stay here. Great value and so convenient.

Sehr charmante Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Die kleine Wohnung ist perfekt für ein paar Tage Paris - charmant eingerichtet, hell und luftig, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine sehr schöne Lage! Man hat sogar einen kleinen Blick auf den Eiffelturm und die Stadt weit unten ... Metro ist gleich um die Ecke, so dass man schnell überall ist. Die Rue des Abesse und die kleinen umgebenden Straße könnten typischer französisch nicht sein. Viele kleine Restaurants, Boutiquen, Bäckereien, Fromagerie etc. Oben am Sacré Coeur tobt natürlich der touristische Wahnsinn, aber das Viertel Montmartre hat in den letzten Jahren wieder sehr dazu gewonnen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfreich - und hat eine Flasche Wein und frischen Saft zur Begrüßung in den Kühlschrank gestellt.. Alles in allem - absolute Empfehlung!
