Fully equipped, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and can accommodate up to 4 people. However, we recommend it more for two people: once the sofa bed is unfolded, it is difficult to move around the living room.

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), the accommodation consists of:

a bedroom with a double bed;
a shower room;
a fully equipped kitchen;
a bright living room with a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Please note that access to the living room is through the shower room from the bedroom and vice versa.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and location.
The apartment has: Wi-Fi, TV a fan, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Its location is very convenient:

laundromat just across the street;
Rue Saint-Maur metro station in the immediate vicinity;
Monoprix supermarket 50 m away, open until 11 p.m.

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, and hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
