The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 46 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, perfectly situated on Rue Gavarni in the elegant 16th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed, all with quality mattresses. The apartment has a full bathroom. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: compact fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat is heated throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with Airbnb's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Property access
Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift operates normally in almost all cases but may periodically require brief maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 16th arrondissement is one of Paris’s most prestigious and residential addresses, known for its elegant Haussmann architecture, broad tree-lined avenues, and close proximity to the Trocadéro, Bois de Boulogne, and the Eiffel Tower. The area is quieter and more refined than central Paris, popular with families and those seeking a calm base. The Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe are just a short metro or walk away, and the neighbourhood has an excellent selection of local restaurants and boutiques.
