Het appartement beschikt over alle nieuwe meubels en antiek (vooroorlogse Metro bank van een Paris Bistro), oosterse tapijten, 32 in flat screen tv, gratis idd, wifi, een kingsize hemelbed en twee hoge kwaliteit Simmons eenpersoonsbed (kan maken een koningin), volledig ingerichte keuken met kabel-tv met het filmkanaal, acht sportkanalen en kinderkanalen. Vierde verdieping met lift, de suite is cool, zeer licht en stil met alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw verblijf in Parijs.

    Elke gast is speciaal. Loop naar buiten voor bistro's, cafés, bakkers, slagers, supermarkten, naar de Eiffel of naar de Seine en verder.

We stayed at this apartment for four nights in the middle of a historic heatwave. Thankfully, the apartment had a portable air conditioner. The apartment is in an amazing location, close to great restaurants and two blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay hear again if returning to Paris.

This was a great location and property was as described. It is small but well laid out, and had everything we as four 70 year old friends needed for our 1 week stay in Paris! Note that one bedroom is accessed from the other, if that is important. Would return!

Amazing location for a Paris getaway. The apartment is small but so comfortable, with a stylish bohemian vibe. Every convenience is provided for. Great restaurants nearby (we loved the cafe next door!) and just a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect location. Eiffel Tower bakery, groceries,restaurant, shop, bus ticket agent all within walking distance.Quiet pleasent and very clean and tidy. Absolutely everything we needed to make snacks and a charming welcome basket to greet us!

The apartment was in an area full of cafes and souvenir shops. A bit more touristy than we had hoped but very convenient to everything we needed. We loved looking up at the Eiffel Tower every time we walked out. Several Metro stations within walking distance. It’s a small apartment with an updated very functional kitchen, tiny updated bathroom, and adequate sitting area. It was a bit awkward to walk through main bedroom to get to secondary bedroom. Beds were comfortable with good bedding linens. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the extremely hot weather. We appreciated the lovely basket of goodies and “starter” supplies.

Our group of 4 adults enjoyed the location very much. Close walk to Metro, restaurants, pharmacies,supermarkets and Boulangerie. To walk out the front door and view the Eiffel Tower so close was fabulous. Having a lift in the building was useful as the four flights of stairs can be tiring in the heat wave we experienced during our stay. Cooling systems provided were adequate but noisy during the night. Access from the second bedroom is through the first bedroom which can be a bit intrusive. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would choose to stay here again if ever we return to Paris.

The Meh:The only way to access the second bedroom is by walking through the first. The first bedroom has only a bench at the end of the bed to set your things. The dresser drawers in the second bedroom are difficult to use so only the top of the dresser was good for storage of our things. The bathroom is very tiny, but expected by the pictures. The bathroom has an odour similar to cat urine. Overall the apartment felt dingy and in need of a good scrubbing. Not dirty, but not fresh and welcoming. Great location and cozy, charming apartment with comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of specialty food shops on neighboring streets and restaurants galore. The closest metro is across Pont de L’Alma. Communication with owner was excellent with thorough instructions provided for building access.

Great location. Very nice building with elevator. Apt itself was as described with everything you’d need. The bathroom is TINY! It wouldn’t be an issue for everyone but my son is 6’7”. Mark was accommodating and easy to correspond with.

The location is hard to beat! Very walkable to major attractions and just 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. The only drawback was a technician was scheduled at 8am resulting in unknown men in our apartment with my wife and 2 small children. We were only made aware of this after arriving. I see this as a one off thing and would stay here again!

Amazing location

We had a great stay at this property. Excellent location walked right out the front door and could see the Eiffel Tower. Nice to have single beds for each of the 2 kids.

This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It's in a prime location just off the main drag, but close enough to walk to the main sites or hop in a metro. The views if the Eiffel tower as you step out of the aprtment were incredible. There were a lot of good restaurants in thebarea.

Great location and nice apartment!

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. My wife and I brought our daughter for her senior trip. Check in was easy. Lots of local stuff from restaurants to grocery store to the Eiffel Tower only a few blocks away.
