Dear guest,Thanks for your stay.We are very sorry to read our hotel did not' reach your expectation but we are a little 2 star hotel, for our category teh room are bigger than the normal standard of our category.We can totally understand you have been frustrated to not have a balcony but understand all our rooms don't have one and we can't give it to all our clients.Our hotel is very clean it is a priority for us and we control all our rooms everyday, furthermore most of our bathroom have been recently renovated.For you next stay don't hesitate to try our twin hotel the Minerve hotel *** maybe it is closer from your expectations.Best Regards

Dear Angelle Wai,We are very sorry to read our hotel didn't reach your expectation.You book a small single room, the size of the rooms especially in Paris can appear small like in many main city we miss space but i can assure you that we have a regular size for a 2 stars hotel, and also a good value for money for an hotel in the bets center,130 is a very good value for money.Our hotel keep vintage design not mean it is old or dated we do in purpose to keep all the charm of the traditional Paris design like the unique painting we propose in our rooms you will never see somewhere else anymore and our bathroom have been recently renovated. Regarding the staff we are really sorry the reception make you feel it was rude, especially during your stay you had a very nice front desk girls Karine and guy Wilson and for both we have only compliments regarding is way to manage the clients, like you can see our staff have some very good feedback on Expedia.com our note is 8.6/10 for this point.The service we provide to our guest is our priority, so we will investigate to find what happens because it is very unusual and we apologize for the inconvenience.If we have the chance to welcome you again we will be glad to propose a free upgrade for your next stay and you will see our double and superior room have a bigger size and are more comfortable even with a balcony and view.Best Regards
