The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this two-bedroom apartment: spacious, secure and completely renovated! Perfectly located, it is ideal for a stay with friends, family or for business and can accommodate up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for one person, storage space, a Smart TV, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and storage space.

• 1st bedroom: this has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.

• 2nd bedroom: also has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and comfortable bedding, as well as storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train toward Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and alight at Denfert-Rochereau. A short metro connection will bring you directly to our doorstep.

From Orly Airport (ORY): Board the Orlyval to Antony, then take the RER B toward Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and get off at Denfert-Rochereau to continue your journey.



Convenient Public Transport:

Metro: The Place d’Italie station (lines 5, 6, and 7) is just steps away, providing easy access to all corners of Paris.

Bus Network: Explore Paris at your own pace with numerous bus lines serving the area. Buses 27, 47, and 83 offer convenient connections to discover the city.

Important Information for a Pleasant Stay



To ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to take a moment to read and follow the guidelines below:



Included Services:

Bed linens and towels provided for your comfort.

Professional cleaning service upon your arrival and departure.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you need a baby cot or high chair, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance.

Please note that we do not provide baby linens.



Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Early Check-ins: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and a fee of 50% of one night’s rate may apply.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM at the latest.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, this will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and a fee of 50% of one night’s rate may apply.



Security Deposit:

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY.

The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damage is found.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.

Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors: excessive noise may lead to deductions from the security deposit.

Note that there may be ongoing construction in the building, which could cause noise during the day.



Internet Use:

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Use and Photography:

Photoshoots, filming, or commercial use of the apartment require prior approval.

Minimum Age Requirement:

Reservations must be made by individuals aged 21 or older.

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting this age requirement.
