In between, a dormer window illuminates the space, throwing light onto the square coffee table, a cosy armchair, and a flatscreen TV atop a low, ornate cabinet.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen, forming the second half of the open-plan living area, showcases green where the living room highlights red: a light teal colour adorns the cabinetry and walls, while a simple white stone countertop tops the counters. No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the fourth floor WITH NO ELEVATOR. This home accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 infant. The second bedroom features a mezzanine bunk bed and is intended only for one child or teenager (ages 9–18). The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
