The flat comprises a large entrance hall, a large living room, a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a Pullman Queen-size hotel bed and a portable air conditioner, a double tilting bed in the living room, a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine/dryer, and a separate toilet.

Less than 100 metres from the Quai de la Rapée metro station (line 5) and close to lines 1, 7, 8, 10 and 14 and RER lines A, C and D, you can quickly reach Paris's main tourist attractions, including the Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Versailles and Disneyland. Within easy walking distance of Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz stations, and direct from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est by metro line 5, Gare Saint-Lazare by line 14 and Gare Montparnasse by bus 91.
