Slechts een van onze badkamers heeft geen douchescherm vanwege een technisch probleem. We blijven zoeken naar een oplossing die zowel visueel aantrekkelijk als hygiënisch onberispelijk is. Wat betreft de airconditioning zijn we op zoek naar een milieuvriendelijke oplossing, die nog niet lijkt te bestaan.We zijn blij dat u genoten heeft van uw verblijf bij ons.We danken u voor uw bezoek en wensen u een fijne dag.Het allerbeste,

Bedankt voor je reactie. Ik betreur het oprecht dat je last hebt van de hitte. Deze kamer met uitzicht op een klein balkon op de patio is in de winter een beetje te warm, maar ik verzeker u dat u uw deurruit veilig had kunnen openen. De buitentemperatuur in de winter zou de temperatuur snel hebben verlaagd. We hopen dat je hebt genoten van het ontbijt en de late check-out als compensatie en dat je ons niet te veel streng zult houden. We betreuren echter dat we de sleutel van uw kamer niet hebben teruggevonden op het moment van uw vertrek.

This is a fairly recurrent remark, Agniezka, Marija and Natalia who are in charge of cleaning the rooms sometimes compact them a little too much so that the bed is visually nicer, for this reason we have bought softer pillows on request.
