On the first day, the male staff member was very friendly, always smiling and had a great attitude. I thought it was going to be a wonderful hotel.
This hotel has an elevator. The lobby is beautifully decorated, looks clean, and leaves a good impression. There was welcome chocolate, slippers, shower gel, and a hair dryer in the room, but no toothbrush.
I stayed in a suite. The bathtub’s glass water guard is not fixed. If you use it for support to step into the tub, it is very dangerous. I don’t understand the purpose of this design, and it is especially hazardous for elderly guests.
Every time I came back to my room, there were about 20 to 30 small flying insects waiting for me. Even after cleaning, they kept coming back. You can see the photos in my Google review.
Every morning at 8:00AM, renovations started next door, and it felt like they were hammering right on my wall. It was extremely disturbing.
Upon check-out, two staff members asked me to pay 28 euros for in-room dining, but the invoice was not for 28 euros (it was something like 18 or 20, I can’t remember). The staff promised to send me the correct receipt after I checked out. I confirmed this more than once, but in the end, I received nothing.
