Bonjour Monsieur,, Merci d'avoir pris votre temps pour partager votre expérience récente de votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir répondu à toutes vos attentes et un peu surpris par la note que vous nous avez attribuée.Permettez-moi de vous préciser que selon les différentes catégories de chambre la superficie varie de 11 m² pour les chambres individuelles jusqu'à 17 m² pour les chambres supérieures confort. D’ailleurs nos chambres sont bien plus spacieuses que la plupart des hôtels de la même catégorie dans le quartier. Et quoique dépourvues de bidets, toutes nos chambres sont climatisées, équipées d'un bureau, d'un coffre-fort, d'une table à repasser, une bouilloire et d'un plateau de courtoisie. Sachez que chaque retour d'expérience compte énormément pour notre équipe afin de nous améliorer sans cesse. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne journée.

Thank you for taking your time to share your recent experience of your stay at our hotel. We are disappointed not to have met all your expectations and a little surprised by the rating you gave us.Allow me to tell you that depending on the different room categories, the surface area varies from 11 m² for single rooms up to 17 m² for superior comfort rooms. Moreover, our rooms are much more spacious than most hotels of the same category in the area. And although without bidets, all our rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a desk, a safe, an ironing board, a kettle and a courtesy tray.We are delighted that you appreciated the location of our hotel.
