Fantastische ligging, goed ontbijt qua Franse normen, lift en gang wat verouderd, op kamer lag er laminaat en die was heel proper! Goed bed, wel wat kort maar al bij al goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Mooie lokatie bij het Louvre. Hele aardige mensen aan de receptie. Schoonmaak was minder. Bedden werden maar half opgedekt. Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer. Het 3e bed werd niet opgedekt. Geen nieuwe handdoeken. Wij hadden een bubbelbad bij de kamer. Deze is wel aan vervanging toe. Het ontbijt was lekker maar summier.

Perfect place to stay visiting Paris. It’s only few steps away from Louvre Museum. Property is clean and rooms are relatively specious considering it’s Paris!

The best things about this hotel are that it's clean and convenient. The staff are also very nice. It's about a block away from the metro, and there are restaurants and bakeries all around. Super convenient, which was why we chose this hotel. It's also less than a 5 min. walk to the Louvre. Yes it's a little older and could use new carpets and a little updating, but all in all we were so happy we stayed here and would stay here again. They give you a bottle of water per person. The staff were very kind and accommodating when we asked if my sister and her family could leave their luggage for the day along with ours since we were spending the day together before we all left Paris. It was a great stay.

La propiedad es bastante pequeña , las fotos mienten , hice una reserva por 4 noches y solo estuve por una noche por que es pequeño , el elevador demasiado pequeño , baños sucios , no funciona el a/c , pedí que mi rembolso y nunca contestaron , nunca se queden en un hotel , es HORRIBLE

Dear Sir,We apologize that your stay at the hotel did not go well, but we would like to clarify a few things. The air conditioning works very well, except that we are in heating mode because in France, it is winter, so we do not set it to cold when it is only 16 degrees Celsius. Secondly, you arrived with four people including a child, although it’s two double rooms, without even specifying that a child is coming with you. A couple of minutes walk from the Louvre. Nice area and surprisingly quiet. Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was small but the location excellent. The place was a little run down and the staff was ambivalent. The major downside was that there was no phone in the room and no way to contact the front desk at 1 am when neighbors were being obscenely loud. I tried calling from my cell phone but no one answered. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Overall the hotel and breakfast was good. However, very noisy at night and you can hear literally everything from a chair move to the hairdryer on to a toilet being flushed from other rooms. Also you can hear the Metro which seems to stop at midnight until 6am, then starts again. So if you’re a light sleeper you may need earplugs. Breakfast was small but fresh everyday with lots of drink options. Staff were polite (which was nice considering how rude attraction security staff were in Paris). Room was clean and equipped well with shampoos/body wash/hand wash. Great location to walk from train station, shops and attractions.

I had an average stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner and I had to use my own. My room was not ready upon arrival but I was offered an alternative. It took two hours for it to be ready. The front desk was helpful giving me a charger to connect my phone, which I returned. Bedding was comfortable but room temperature control was difficult as the thermostat was behind the TV and finding the up and down buttons for temp control was difficult. Concierge answered promptly. Hotel entrance and corridors are messy, narrow and old.

Ich würde die Unterkunft besser bewertet, wenn das Personal mein Frühstücksreservierung anerkannt hätte, bzw. Irgendetwas versucht hätten, am Ende war es nur Geldverschwendung und leider eine schlechte Erfahrung. Wenn möglich checken Sie ein vormittags, denn abends ist der Mitarbeiter einfach Deko.

Expensive but worth it
At €250 a night, the hotel room was relatively expensive, but the location is fabulous as it is a stone’s throw away from the Louvre museum (one minute walk). I also paid a little extra for the morning breakfast, which consisted of ham rolls, croissants and baguettes, creams and cheeses and jams, fruits, and tea and juices (orange and apple). See pics! Of course, the room and bathroom were small, but that is common in Paris. The cleaning ladies were absolutely fantastic and made up the room whenever I needed them to. The Wi-Fi connection stopped working a few times, but the front desk manager got on it and made it work within 15 to 20 minutes. The bed and blanket and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean. Between 2 major Metro stations, this location is simply fantastic as the RER train comes here from the airport (louvre and chatalet les halles). it is also walkable distance from many supermarkets (franprix and G20). Of course, all the souvenir shops and tourist traps are right there with tons of street food and beautiful cafés. I was there during the last 2 weeks of December 2023. Always good to print your reservation, as I had some trouble with the night managers who could not see my breakfast reservation in their system.

Fora o Staff, tudoais deixou a desejar. O hotel esta precisando urgente de manutenção. Banheira colada com plastico e fita. Meu frigobar so foram trocar no penúltimo dia da hospedagem. Aquecedor para roupas do banheiro nao funcionava. Os funcionarios tentavam ajudar, mas nada. Péssima escolha.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the location is amazing. Just a short walk to the Louvre. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was big. My only complaint was that the hair dryer did not work. I would definitely stay here again.

Great safe spot next to the louvre and metro!
Great location, very clean, small elevator takes you to the top. Inside was very hott but cooled within minutes of opening the window. Was loud when window was open but not the fault of the hotel. Room is small but standard for Paris. Bed was firm with slight indent. They don’t have washcloth so bring your own or a loofah. They provided a shampoo/body wash all in one and two small bottle water. Location is amazing, right next to trendy restaurants with Christmas decor and steps from the metro and louvre. Location is very safe. They let you store luggage in a closet until check in which was nice. Would stay again!

The location was awesome, as we were able to walk to everything. Nothing was more than a ~45 minute walk, and there were shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this for anyone happy to do some walking.
