Dear Madam, First of all, we would like to thank you for having taken the time to share your experience. We are very sorry about the bad experience you had with us and we would like to learn more about it. After a meeting with the front desk team, in order to clarify the situation, I was informed that they didn't know before your check-out that the room didn't meet your expectations. I read that you talked with a receptionnist regarding your disappointment the day you arrive: could you please tell more about this person? Indeed, we always make our best to fix an issue with our clients in order to make their stay memorable and avoid a situation like yours. That's why I am really surprised and confused about the fact that the Reception Team didn't try its best to propose you another room. This attitude does not reflect our daily work. Concerning the room, you booked our smallest category (15m²) and I will make sure that this size is specified on the website you booked through. Furthermore, the room you were allocated to was not refurbished recently but we are renovating about 4 rooms per year. We do not have the chance yet to have the full hotel updated but we are working on it. Once again, I would like to apologize about the bad experience you had with us.
