Mooi gezellig en verzorgd Hotel
Ik heb het hotel geboekt voor het laatste concert van Charles Dumont in Bobine. Een zeer vlotte en vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. De kamer was netjes verzorgd en voorzien van alle accommodatie nodig.

Torniamo a Parigi ogni anno e per la seconda volta abbiamo scelto questo Hotel, e non posso che dirne bene .E' sito a Montparnasse,nel cuore di Parigi. Estremamente pulito e silenzioso benché il quartiere sia ovviamente pieno di Café, Bistrot, Ristoranti e Creperiè. La posizione dell'Hotel non potrebbe essere più comoda dal momento che si trova tra due fermate del Metrò, una delle quali a 20 metri, con accesso a diverse linee tra le più strategiche della città. Nei pressi dell'Hotel si trova anche ogni tipo di servizio, farmacia, supermarket e quant'altro.. D'altra parte siamo a Montparnasse che per un turista è sicuramente, a mio avviso, il quartiere più strategico della città, oltre che signorile e tranquillo. Per finire non posso non citare il personale, estremamente cordiale, cortese e disponibile. Nei nostri futuri soggiorni a Parigi sarà nuovamente la nostra scelta !

Convenient and reasonably priced hotel
We stayed here twice, in different rooms. The main floor above the restaurant, was unfortunately very noisy. Upper floor was just fine. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms very nice, bright and close to transit, restaurants and so much more. Tiny, but welcome elevator.

What a gem! 5 stars. My superior double was clean, modern and compact but well laid out. Large windows open to see the neighborhood below. A 5-minute walk to the train station in a much nicer neighborhood, and a Metro stop right across the street. Loads of cafe's nearby. No complaints at all. I will be back.

Good location - a few minutes walk from Montparnasse Station for trains to South of France. Hôtel situated on a lively square with good bistro restaurants all around. 3rd stay here. Would stay again.

I will never go back to Hotel Odessa, as long as the new management is in charge! More than two years ago, before the pandemic, I made a reservation for five nights. Covid arrived and I had to change my travel dates, quite a few times. The airline changed my ticket without any problems. Hotel Odessa did the same thing but after 18 months, or 24 months, they said that they can no longer change the dates. I told them I understood their position and that I do not mind losing more than $500.00. I really felt that small businesses needed help and I actually felt good supporting this hotel. Then, once my travel dates were finalized I made another reservation and paid for another five-night stay. I was supposed to arrive in the evening of August 6. Once again the airline changed my ticket and instead of the evening of August 6, I arrived in the morning of August 7. I wrote to the hotel and told them about this minor change. They wrote back and said that everything was fine. I arrived on August 7, at about 9:00 AM and they told me that they had rented my room and that it won’t be ready before 12:30 PM! I thought that they were going to give me credit for the night of August 6 but they said No! And they kept saying that this is totally legal! I had to go to a restaurant to use the bathroom and I missed an important meeting that I had scheduled for that morning. I missed the meeting because his hotel wanted to milk me for an extra 100 dollars. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was large compared to other hotels I've visited in Europe. It was cute and quite clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. My one and only complaint was there was no fridge in the room -- not a huge deal, just a nice convenience.

Convenient spot.
Good value for money convenient hotel in a busy and trendy part of town. Clean rooms and breakfast brought to your room, you just tell them what and when the night before which works well. Good sound proofing, lots of restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff helped us book taxis and use their computer station

Nous sommes un peu surpris par les points faibles soulignés car c'est en général ce sont là nos points forts et remarquables décrits sur les différents et nombreux commentaires déjà laissés par d'autres clients depuis des années. Il est fort dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas informé immédiatement sur ces soucis rencontrés car nous aurions tenté le maximum pour y remédier et faire de votre séjour un bon moment.
