De locatie was ok maar er was geen warm water omte douchen. Personeel was ook niet behulpzaam.

De locatie van het hotel is goed. Dicht bij de metro en niet 'te' duur. Maar voor de rest hoef je er niet veel van te verwachten. Badkamer was slecht onderhouden. Geen mogelijkheid om de douchkop op te hangen en geen stop voor het bad. alle kitranden waren beschimmeld. En het bed was enorm doorgezakt. Het zag er voor de rest wel schoon uit en het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.

I called 1 month ago for had a baby bed, on the phone I got mentioned that it will be 6€ per night for the baby crib, I confirmed that it was fine by me. At our check in at 21.00, we arrive I paid the tax of the hotel and for the baby crib, I ask the receptionist if the baby crib was ready, he replied yes. Arrived in the room, first trash outside our door and coming in the room, no baby crib for my baby who is 7 months. I go down and tell him we have no baby crib, the receptionist replied that he will come up with it. 30 min later the receptionist come to our room with a junior bed, he told me that this could work for my baby, I replied to him that this is very unsafe since she will fall down. He told me then that he will call the manager, I went to pick up some dinner outside and then come back to the reception, for get informed that we will not have a baby crib today, but the day after. I ask him but where is my baby going to sleep? He told me that the manager apologized etc… At the end it’s 22.30 and my baby is sleeping in our luggage where we try to make it as comfortable as possible. You can imagine the night we got…. At 03.30 in the morning people were screaming in the hall. We could hear everything. The day after we got to talk to the manager. We are supposed to get back the 6€ per night for the baby crib but have not got anything yet.

I really liked the location and the view . The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. What I didn't like was the carpet was a little smelly, the beds are a little too firm and the bathroom needs some attention and updating.

Cle de la chambre doit etre posee a l entree et quand vous retournez vous trouvez pas le receptioniste pour vous donner les cles ...j ai du attendre de 22h50 jusqu au 23h15 avant que l agent qui normalement est cense de rester a la reception arrive de l exterieur ... immaginez ...un voleur peut entrer et debarquer avec les vles de vos chambres . J ai demande un rendez vous avec le manager de l hotel et un receptionisite me propose de l envoyer u message vocal de son telephone ... mais quelle honte ...ils ont rien compris a la facon de recevoir les clients Pas de respect des clients et meme pas de vouvoiement .... C est vraiment dommage ... je regrette

This hotel really isn't worth it. The rooms are beyond tiny. So small they are not completely functional. Couple of examples: - The mirror in the bathroom is below eye level. So you can just see your chest. - The toilet seat doesn't have enough space back to be up so when you're on the toilet, the cover is on your back. Great feeling. - In the shower, you don't have enough space to stretch your elbows, let alone your arms. So showering is a game if wiggling around vertically. The rooms are poorly equipped if at all. I had a tiny wardrobe with no doors, a railing but no hangers. A super dusty fan. And the wifi was super slow. The hotel itself is in a state of disrepair due to neglect. I mean, the picture frames at the reception are not even straight. That tells you a lot about the level of care. The breakfast was the biggest rip-off of all: Disgusting drinks by a cheap automaton, cheap madeleines and biscottes, some not-so-fresh croissant, carton juice, and room-temperature yogurts....

Horrible !!!
Hôtel horrible! Sale et personnel très désagréable! La chambre était entre la lingerie et la salle du petit déjeuner (machine à laver jusqu’à 1h du matin et petit déjeuner préparé à partir de 6h…) Une très image des hôtels parisiens pour les étrangers… à éviter absolument.

La chambe était spacieuse et le ménage fait correctement. Par contre la salle d'eau est vétuste et aurait bien besoin d'un rafraîchissement! Le support pour la douche était branlant limite à se casser. Le lavabo serait aussi à changer il est fissuré en de nombreux endroits.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area to the metro and food options. The issue with it is that ot has a small elevator that fita a maximum of two people and it could also use a new carpet since the one it has has a funky smell.

Fue horrible la primera noche cuando llegamos la puerta de recepción estaba cerrada con llave cosa que nos chocó porque estaba sonando la alarma de incendios después de un rato nos abrieron la puerta y nos dijeron que era una falsa alarma que es que la gente fumaba en la habitación pero que si veíamos humo avisásemos en fin a media noche volvió a sonar la alarma con el respectivo susto después de 10 min sonando y buscando el fuego por ka escalera se apagó sin más, pero eso no es todo a la noche siguiente cuando volvimos en recepción había humo y un pestazo a tabaco que tiraba para atrás y sabéis que la alarma de incendios sonó dos veces más esa noche imaginaros imposible dormir en toda la noche además con dos niños pequeños en la habitación y para rematar cuando nos marchábamos ya la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada después de otros 10 min esperando a que apareciera el recepcionista tuve que abrir la puerta a la fuerza porque no aparecía nadie y teníamos un vuelo que coger, en fin un desastre no se lo recomiendo a nadie

The hotel itself is ok, even though pricey for the accommodation. Parking is in the street, so good luck finding a spot. Breakfast was so so, handled by the poor same guy who is doing the laundry.

Worst experience at Paris Bruxelles hotel.
Terrible experience at this hotel. One of the worst that Paris has to offer. Too high priced, extremely dirty, very small rooms, no ventilation, super small bathrooms, no room cleaning for multiple day stay, just coffee in the name of breakfast, unfriendly staff. Elevator makes so much noise whole night, cannot sleep even if the room is 5 rooms away from the elevator. Everything about this hotel is bad. No parking, no temporary parking. Loading and unloading luggage was a nightmare. Such a bad hotel should not be on the hotels.Com website. We end up believing the hotels.Com website, when they say bfast available. But this was a terrible experience. Nobody should stay at this hotel.

Hotel senza infamia e senza lode. Molto in linea con l’andamento di queste strutture a Parigi, avendole già provate in passato. Quando siamo stati li, alcuni piani erano in ristrutturazione. Tuttosommato lo consiglio per soggiorni di solo pernottamento, e se non si hanno molte pretese… è ottimo per tornare a dormire. Il costo è al di sotto della media parigina, quindi nel mio caso, dovevo solo dormirci una notte e va più che bene. Abbiamo preso due camere, entrambe con bagno ristrutturato e ben funzionante. Negativo il fatto che una confinava con l’ascensore, quindi era come averla in camera dal rumore. I letti molto buoni, si è dormito bene. Non c’è frigo, ma c’è tv. Il personale d’hotel non è molto presente ma cordiale. Non avevano mappe della metro. Ottima posizione, praticamente a 2 passi da tutti i servizi e da molte linee della metro, e per questo è consigliatissimo.

Tout juste satisfaisant de manière générale. Bon, le lit est bon, la grandeur de la chambre est suffisante mais la douche se remplit vite et déborde, pas de clim et des sons exterieurs lancinants que je ne pouvais éviter puisqu'avec la chaleur, il fallait garder les fenêtres ouvertes. Le pire étant le petit déjeuner et le manque de reactions du personnel de nuit le dimanche. Trop cher pour ce que c'est !

This hotel not only was not portrayed as it was in the listing, but it was significantly unsafe and unsanitary. I will submit photographs as proof that the fact that there was black mold on the walls in the bathroom and unknown liquid stains on the walls were beyond upsetting. I brought it to the tension at the front desk, and either they did not understand English or they wrote us off.

chambre confortable - salle de bain exigue mais propre et correcte. Fuyez le petit déjeuner, pour 10€ le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hotel bas de gamme : Annoncé de 7h30 à 10h, le pain n'arrive qu'à 8h - devant partir à 8h je suis arrivé à 7h45 et je n'ai donc eu ni pain, aucun jus de fruit ou fruit frais, seulement des biscottes et madeleines emballées, confiture et nutella en portion individuelle. il y avait 2 yaourts non réfrigérés sur une table. Aucun geste commercial ou remboursement de l'hotel. Pour moins cher allez dans un bar ce sera meilleur !

La camera non è molto grande ma 3 persone ci stanno tranquillamente, ma è adatta per ADULTI. Il bagno è piccolissimo quando ti muovi sbatti sulla tazza o contro la doccia. Tra l'altro in bagno c'era una lastra di ferro sotto il lavandino semi aperta. Per una notte va piu che bene considerando che si sta fuori tutto il giorno. Nessun confort e le scale per arrivare in camera sono vecchie, storte e con la moquette. Se potete scegliete altro, c'è di buono che è situato nella zona centrale della citta e vicino alla metro.

Would stay again.
Nice staff at the hotel. Accomodating for all needs. Hotel is very old style but adds to the experience of being in Paris. Bed was comfy. Heating only appeared to work in the bathroom and not the room but did not cause any problems. Very easy access to bakeries, bars and restaurants aswell as the metro to the rest of Paris.
