Hello, We take note of your impressions of our establishment, following your stay. We point out that the stars are awarded according to very specific government rules, but we understand that you may want more services and attention. It is difficult not to have to wait when everyone likes to take their time, and it is true that no Parisian establishment can offer, for breakfast, as many seats as its total capacity. (80 people for our hotel). Comments are always interesting, because they allow us to improve ourselves. What a pity, you need to hide behind anonymity.

Dear Lesley,It'sgreat to read that you like our breakfast, the location of the hotel and the quarter,, the cleanless of the room.All the hot water system was out of order. The technicien came early in the morning and checked what's going one. He need to change a a technical part of the hot water appliance. He went to get it. It's why it took longer than we thought at the begining. We are very sorry about it. On the same day, you may took a shower. The hot water system was running well after that.
