We were deeply sorry to read that your last experience has not been entirely in keeping with your expectations. You have to know in France all the hotel don’t have to ask for the proof of vaccination (Healthy pass). Unfortunately, our elevator does not go to the 3rd floor. But for your next trip, don't hesitate to ask us, especially to help you with your suitcases or any request. It would be a pleasure to help you.
