The Space:

Welcome to this superb, completely renovated studio in the heart of the Marais! Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is perfectly designed to accommodate two travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan, storage space, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, washer-dryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: bathtub and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in the historic heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic districts of Paris, perfect for discovering the city on foot while enjoying the architecture and the typically Parisian atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in must-see addresses like Café Saint-Régis or Café Charlot, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Les Philosophes or Chez Marianne, perfect for tasting local gastronomy. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance, including Monoprix, Franprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The picturesque shopping streets of the Marais also offer fashion boutiques, art galleries and pleasant terraces for strolling.



The must-see attractions of Paris are within walking distance: Place des Vosges is about 5 minutes away, Île Saint-Louis and the Seine are very close, while the Louvre and the Center Pompidou are easily accessible to explore the great monuments. Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse.

Disembark at Châtelet-Les Halles.

Transfer to Metro Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.

Alight at Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville—both just a short walk from the studio.



Orly Airport (ORY)

Board the Orlyval light train to Antony station.

Transfer to RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle.

Get off at Châtelet-Les Halles.

Switch to Metro Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.

Alight at Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
