We reserved a room for a couple with a child and added a clear remark requesting an extra bed. However, when we arrived at 22:30 the room was set for one person. The sofa bed was broken and without a mattress. After an hour, it was set, and our child could go to sleep.
The next morning, we found out the coffee machine was broken. We asked at the reception for a change. When we returned to the room in the afternoon the broken one was still there and we had to call again.
And then the drilling started. While our child tried to sleep, a loud noise started, just above us. A day before our arrival, we received an email stating there would be renovation work at the hotel. This was not stated while we reserved the room. When we called the hotel, we were told the renovations would take place on the 7th and 8th floors. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When we called the reception, they completely denied the noise. When we let them listen to it, all we were told was, "we understand your frustration." This catchy phrase returned throughout our stay, as well as the recurring noise, missing items, and lack of cleanliness.
To sum it up, we do not recommend staying at this hotel. The level of cleanliness is low as well as the attention to details (a change of one towel for a room of three, disregard of the reservation, etc.).
