Enjoy an elegant and central apartment, totally renovated. The apartment is a Loft renovated in the Parisian style. Composed of a first floor and a living room/bedroom in the basement. Located in a former bathhouse, it offers a pleasant living/dining room as well as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 12 people. The area is one of the most prestigious and authentic in Paris near Montmartre and Pigalle.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and much more. The dining area features a high-quality sofa bed and a 55-inch TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. This floor also includes two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms, offering all the comfort you need. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for your convenience.



Going down to the basement, you will discover a cozy living room equipped with another 55-inch TV and two premium sofa beds, ideal for gathering or unwinding. The basement also includes a bathroom and a practical laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, ensuring a worry-free stay.
