Mooi modern appartement - Loop naar Champs Elysées - Beste buurt!

Dit charmante appartement ligt op de perfecte locatie, gelegen aan de rustige straat, rue Jean Goujon, in het 8e arrondissement, tussen de avenue Montaigne waar u luxe winkels vindt zoals Dior en Louis Vuitton en de rivier de Seine (metro Alma Marceau) met zijn prachtige uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Het is twee stappen verwijderd van de beroemde avenue des Champs Elysées, de spreekwoordelijke 'mooiste laan ter wereld'. Alle beroemde winkels zijn op de Champs, Gap, Sefora, Louis Vuitton. Achter de Avenue ontdekt u kleine en chique straatjes met zeer selecte bars en restaurants. Veel winkels en winkels: bakker, slager, supermarkt, theater, dokter, drogisterij, restaurant, café, clubs die u zelf kunt verkennen terwijl u alles opneemt wat Parijs te bieden heeft!

Het appartement (40 vierkante meter) is zo'n leuke en gezellige plek. De slaapkamer heeft twee schuifdeuren die kunnen worden gesloten om volledige privacy van de rest van het appartement te hebben. De badkamer heeft een gloednieuwe luxe regendouche en er is een wasmachine en droger om te gebruiken wanneer dat nodig is. Het gebouw bevindt zich op de derde verdieping en heeft een handige lift die u rechtstreeks naar de voordeur van het appartement brengt. GEEN stadslawaai, veilig en zeer centraal! Op loopafstand van vele bushaltes en beide Franklin D. METRO-stations Roosevelt en Alma Marceau die u snel overal in Parijs kunnen brengen! Mijn rustige, mooi ingerichte appartement heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabele vakantie of zakelijk verblijf, waaronder een uitgebreide bibliotheek met gidsen en kaarten van de stad, metro- en bussysteem, WiFi, telefoon, volledige keuken, etc.

Dit was mijn 1e keer in Parijs! De locatie was zo perfect! LV, Channel, Dolce Gabanna waren slechts enkele van mijn buren. Slechts blokken verwijderd van Champs-Elysees Avenue. Kijk links, de Arc de Triomph, rechts de L'Obelisque. Loop een paar blokken de andere kant op en je hebt een perfect uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Er waren verschillende bushaltes in blokken van het appartement en verschillende ingangen naar de metro. Er was veel te doen! Winkelen, dineren, site zien, noem maar op, het was daar! Het appartement was perfect voor een paar of twee koppels. Dit appartement had alle gemakken van thuis en was heel gezellig. Ik kan de fantastische locatie niet benadrukken! Olga was geweldig!

Deze reis van 19-26 mei omvatte mijn kamergenoot die voor het eerst in Parijs was. Olga en haar zoon waren uiterst professioneel in de boeking voor vertrek. DE LOCATIE WAS UITSTEKEND - de reden voor mijn selectie van dit appartement. Alles is in nieuwe staat en hoewel het appartement klein is, beschikt het over veel ingebouwde items die zijn 'weggestopt'. Het gebouw is goed verzorgd door de conciërge en de buren waren respectabel en aardig voor ons. Ieder van ons zou terug willen gaan en weer bij Olga willen blijven!

Een verblijf in dit appartement was echt heel leuk. Dicht bij metro, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, theaters, winkels, alles. Het appartement is comfortabel en goed ingericht, maar het wordt soms een beetje warm gedurende de dag. Het bed en de slaapbank zijn erg goed. Het is erg rustig, gelegen in een rustige straat. Ook op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Eiffeltoren, Champs Elysée, Tuilleries, Sena. Wat kan ik nog meer zeggen? Ik zou zeker weer komen. Olga is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze deed er alles aan om ons welkom te doen voelen !! Heel erg bedankt!

Het appartement ligt op een uitstekende locatie. Goede maat en zeer gebruiksvriendelijk. Veel geweldige lokale plaatsen om te eten in de buurt en zo dicht bij de Seine dat dagelijkse wandelingen een must zijn. Olga is fantastisch en reageert zeer snel op eventuele vragen. Mijn vrouw en ik kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren ...

Excellent stay for a week. Owner VERY responsive. Easy walk to Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower. Easy to use Metro stops nearby. Would definitely go back again.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, near several Metro stops and prime shopping areas. It makes very good use of space, and being in a neighborhood gives it an air of comfort. We saw both a funeral and a wedding taking place at the church across the street, as well as dressmaking at the Dior building also across the street. Some information, such as use of taxis, needs to be updated. Not once were we able to get a flat rate. Twice, once in the Metro and once in a cab, we encountered scammers. Beware! It ‘s important to be firm and not fall prey to thievery. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. Being in our ‘70s, we would have appreciated knowing about the step-up building entrance and the step-up to the apartment shower. Cabinet openings also are a bit difficult to use, as they do not have handles. Wi-Fi was not working until we called the ISP and got it up and running. The provider was extremely helpful and kind. We appreciated the generous number of towels and blankets. Having a refrigerator was a plus as we found an excellent grocery store and purchased food twice, helping to defray our expenses at restaurants. Crowds were huge and made for long lines at museums and even stores. I have visited Paris on three other occasions for extended stays and never encountered such crowding, which was probably because during the Olympics entering the country was prohibited to those without Olympic tickets; a lot of people must have delayed their visits.

We had an amazing time while staying at Olga's place. It was perfectly located within a short walk to great restaurants and Siena river from which we could enjoy an amazing view of the Eiffel tower!

We totally enjoyed our stay here and the caring manager, Olga. We visit Paris very often and this was by far the best spot for being close to whatever we wanted to see and do! Small but clean and safe. We loved the neighborhood restaurants and shops as well as the proximity to museums and monuments we wanted to visit or revisit. i give this a ten!!

My 89 year old father and I went to Paris to complete a bucket list item! We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO! Olga was amazingly easy to communicate with throughout the process.The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk around safely and easily.

We stayed for one month Oct/Nov 2023. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is safe and in a nice area. It is quiet in the evenings. The apartment was clean and well cared for. There is a clothes washer in the apartment and it worked great. We dried our clothes on a drying rack. The bed was comfortable. It has a very nice remodeled bathroom. A nice size shower with great water pressure. There is an elevator which was wonderful after walking all day enjoying this beautiful city. There is a farmer’s market a couple of days a week just a few blocks away. A 7 minute walk to the metro and a short walk to a grocery store. Olga was wonderful and very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Jon Bernal

The best asset of this property is its location, which is within walking distance of many major attractions and museums. The facility itself is clean, well equipped, and a good size for a couple. Olga provided great support, even mailing us a key for early check in. We only gave it 4 stars however, since during our stay, the temperatures in Paris were unusually warm, and this property does not have any form of air conditioning other than a couple of floor fans, and the windows are exposed to the sun for most of the day. This led to the apartment as too hot to occupy from mid morning to well after sundown. We would suggest that before booking, check if the temperatures are forecast to be above 80F for your stay.

Noisy,airless,inconvenient interior layout,bed was inaccessible from one side. The Concierge was seen once for a few minutes, otherwise unavailable. Cooking arrangements were most unsatisfactory.

By now my wife and I have stayed at more than five apartments in Paris of the years. Each one has had its own pluses and minuses, this one is clearly our favorite. The apartment is designed by a professional designer. All appliances (and it has everything!) are covered by closet doors. It separates the space using barn doos so it makes great use of space and is tidy. It has a new elevator that works well too. It’s location is on the fashion district, which was new to us making for lots of new discoveries. Right next door is an Italian flare restaurant that is excellent and there are many others within short walking distances. We did not take the metro, but the stop is minutes away. All in all, I would definitely rent this place again, if not for all the above, but for the property manager/owner Olga, who was very quick to respond to our emails. Lastly, this apartment was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed, and more. Thank you Olga!

This was a great choice for our 5 day stay in Paris. Olga was very responsive to questions and accommodated our change in arrival time. The apartment was very clean, in a secure building, in a nice neighborhood, convenient to two Metro stops and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees, the Louvre and many other attractions. Except as noted below, the street is very quiet. The only negatives are (1) the apartment could use a little maintenance: a recessed handle to one of the sliding closet doors was broken, and the sliding dividing wall between the bedroom and living room was off the rails and inoperable; and (2) there is construction going on in the building across the street - - it appears that the whole interior has been gutted and is being rebuilt - - and construction vehicles and noise begins at 6:00 AM, loud even with the windows closed.

This fantastic secure apartment was located right off the Champs Elysees, near the Grand Palace and close walking distance to the Louvre, Arc de Triumphe, and Eiffel Tower. Metro stop is very close by. Wonderful location! Adorable design and set up with a private, comfortable bedroom area and a very comfortable sofa bed. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of room to relax, eat, and enjoy our time at the end of our tired days of sight seeing. There is a wonderful Brassiries right next door to start and/or end our day. The washing machine was a bonus for us as was the large bath area. We will definitely come back to enjoy this lovely apartment again in the future! The owner was more than accommodating with suggestions for restaurants, sights, and transportation. Great communication also.

The apartment is a very good size with privacy doors for the bedroom. Very clean and well outfitted. Plenty of storage if you're planning a more extended stay. 3rd floor (US) with a well working elevator. Very nice courtyard to relax in (just wish they had some chairs). Even during the heat wave, the courtyard stayed very comfortable. If you have a fashionista in the group, you will not find a better location. The apt is right around the corner from Dior and all the other high end brands. Excellent restaurants nearby. Very easy access to the Metro and the RER C (when it's running-It's down until August). Olga, the hostess, is wonderful and responds very quickly to any inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect apartment for my wife, 18 yr old son, and myself. Spacious with very comfortable bed/sofa bed. Great location in nice part of town, 5 minute walk to a great view of the Eiffel Tower, 2 minutes to the metro station. Olga was the best! Very quick to respond to questions, and super accommodating to our arrival/departure times. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Quick 5 minute walk to the FDR Metro station or a few minutes more to Pont de l’Alma RER C station. Excellent communication from Olga who was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. We did use the pull-out couch bed as well and it was pretty comfortable. Safe neighborhood without much traffic. We were unfortunately in Paris during an extremely hot weekend and the apartment does not have a/c (as noted in the description), luckily storms arrived early the next morning to cool things off. I would be happy to stay here again.

If you want to do a lot is shopping this is the perfect spot. Extremely close to the Eiffel Tower which is amazing to look at all day. Very close to many restaurants and cafe’s. The check in process was very easy and Olga was always very responsive by email.

This was our second time staying at Olga's apartment. We were very happy it was available. The location is perfect, close to everything. It is so easy to jump on Metro and get anywhere you wish. Great restaurants all around. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed.
