I really wanted to like this spot. And I did like the apartment itself (it’s VERY fancy). But the experience interacting with the host wasn’t great. A few things went wrong:They didn’t send us the access info and we had to call them to get itThey confirmed multiple times that it would be ready by 4pm. So we arrived at 4pm and sat outside waiting for 45 minutes until the cleaner was finally done. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but my dad had Covid and we were counting on him having a place to sleep. Also they made me fill out information in an app totally separate from Vrbo and didn’t include the access info inside the Vrbo app. And they would often take 12-24 hours to respond on the Vrbo app where I was messaging them. So the place is good but the company running it didn’t inspire trust for me.
